Oven BBQ Chicken Wings
Oven BBQ Chicken Wings - this is by far one of the best ways of preparing chicken wings. The spicy sweet sticky sauce is simply amazing and hard to resist.

Ingredients
Makes about 4 servings
2 1/4 pounds (1kg) chicken wings, tips removed
2 tbsp (30ml) oil
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
1 tsp (3g) smoked paprika
1/2 tsp (2g) black pepper
BBQ Sauce
1 cup (240g) barbecue sauce
1/4 cup (80g) honey
2 tbsp (30g) ketchup or hot sauce (sriracha)
1. Preheat oven to 440F (220C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place an oven rack on top.
2. Place the chicken wings into a large bowl, add oil and toss to coat. In a small bowl combine salt with garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper. Add the mixture over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
3. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on the rack in one layer.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes depending on their size, flipping once after the first 20 minutes.
5. While the wings are baking prepare the sauce.
6. Place the barbecue sauce with honey and hot sauce (your choice) into a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove the wings form the oven and brush with barbecue sauce.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until glaze is glossy and caramelized.
9. Garnish with green onion and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.

►6 medium Yukon gold potatoes
►3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
►1 medium onion, chopped into 1” pieces
►1 head of garlic, cut in half parallel to the base, divided
►4 sprigs rosemary, divided
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1/2 tsp salt
►1/4 tsp black pepper
►5 to 6 lb whole chicken, giblets removed, patted dry
►2 1/2 tsp salt, divided (1/2 tsp for inside, 2 tsp for outside)
►3/4 tsp pepper, divided (1/4 for inside, 1/2 for outside)
►2 Tbsp butter, melted
►1 small lemon, halved

BBQ Baked Chicken Thighs Ingredients:
8 - Bone-in chicken thighs pat dry using paper towel
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2½ tsp. Chili Powder
1½ tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Ground Cumin
½ tsp. White Pepper
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Onion, finely chopped
⅔ cp. Tomato Ketchup
⅓ cp. water
3 tbsp. Molasses
1 tbsp. Worcestershire “W” Sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Green Onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake on each side for 20 min. and then 4 - 5 min on final side on broil (500 F)

BAKED BARBECUE CHICKEN RECIPE
2 pounds boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup barbeque sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Preheat oven to 400º F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper and gently pound out the thicker side of the chicken until the breast is even in thickness.
Combine all ingredients, except for chicken in a large bowl and whisk well.
Place chicken in the FoodSaver Preserve & Marinate Containers and pour the marinade over the top. Use the handheld sealer to marinate the chicken in just 12 minutes.*
Place marinated chicken on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush both sides with bbq sauce.

Grilled Barbecue Chicken and Vegetables in Foil Recipe
GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN and VEGGIES IN FOIL! Juicy and delicious chicken covered in sweet barbecue sauce and grilled in foil packs with zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus.
FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients
8 aluminum foil sheets large enough to wrap around one chicken breast
4 (4-ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2- cup barbecue sauce (use your favorite)
1 zucchini , sliced into thin rounds
1 red , green or yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
8 asparagus spears
salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
For each foil pack, prepare two sheets of aluminum foil; place the sheets one on top of the other for durability.
Place one chicken breast on each stacked pair of foil sheets; season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
Brush each chicken breast with 1 to 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
Divide equally and arrange vegetables around each chicken breast; season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle chicken and vegetables with little olive oil.
Fold the sides of the foil over the chicken, covering completely; seal the packets closed.
Transfer foil packets to the preheated grill rack and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done, turning once.
Chicken is done when thermometer reads 165 F.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.
Serve.
IF COOKING IN THE OVEN
Preheat oven to 400F.
Prepare chicken as directed above.
Seal the packets closed and transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until done.
Remove from oven and carefully open up the foils; put the packets under the broiler for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from broiler.
Brush with more barbecue sauce. (optional)
Serve.
