Ingredients 3 cup flour, unsifted 3 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 2 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon honey 12 oz beer
Directions: Grease 9x5x3 inches loaf pan. Combine ingredients in large bowl, stir together until well mixed. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until browned and a wooden pick comes out clean. Turn out on rack. Cool before slicing.

One simple recipe with hundreds of options. Simply, by changing the wet ingredient... the beer... from a lager, to an amber, or hefeweizen you can have uniquely flavored bakery quality artisan bread.
Bread making doesn’t get any easier than this… no mixer or bread machine (I’ll make it in a glass bowl with a spoon)… no-kneading (Mother Nature will do the kneading for me). It doesn’t get any easier than this.

BEER BREAD IS SO SIMPLE WE CAN ALL MAKE IT - RECIPE INCLUDED
Beer Bread is one of the easiest breads you can make, with so few ingredients you'll be amazed. You'll be even more amazed at the taste. Simple Food Simple Life is on Face book
SIMPLE BEER BREAD 3 cups of all purpose flour or self-rising flour (sifted, optional) 3 tsp baking powder (omit if using self-rising flour) 1 tsp salt (omit if using self-rising flour) ¼ cup sugar 1 12oz can or 12oz bottle of beer ¼ cup of melted butter (½ stick)
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Mix the dry ingredients and the beer. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Now pour the melted butter over the mixture. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Bread will be firm to the touch when done. Crust will be crunchy and buttery. Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes then remove from pan and allow to cool on a reck for another 10 minutes before slicing.
