Super easy and delicious dessert cups! This dessert quickly became my new favourite! If you like black forest dessert you will also love this similar dessert. Perfect addition to any dessert table, for birthdays, weddings, parties. No baking, no fuss and with only few ingredients.
RECIPE: Makes 6 x 220 ml cups
Cups from
200g chocolate biscuits
40g unsalted butter melted
250g Mascarpone OR cream cheese
250g whipping cream
3 tbsp sugar
vanilla
chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings
glazed cherries

Ingredients:
Egg- 4 ( At room temperature)
Sugar-1 cup ( 125 g)
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder-1 &1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup (50 g)
All Purpose flour/ plain flour-1 cup ( 130 g)
Vegetable Oil-3/4 cup (180 ml)
Vanilla Essence-1&1/2 teaspoon
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven ( preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes) at 180C for 30 minutes.
Pan size:
I used a 6 inch pan, you may use a 7 or 8 inch pan as well.
Simple Sugar syrup:
Sugar-1/2 cup
Water-1 cup
Bring it to a boil , simmer for 2 minutes . Cool it completely.
Frosting:
Whipping Cream-2 cups ( 500 ml).
If you are using dairy based whipping cream use 1/4 cup Icing sugar.
Topping:I used strawberry topping ( store bought) and fresh cherries.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours / Overnight before serving.
