How To make Black Magic Cake (For Food Processor)
2 c Sugar
1 3/4 c Flour
3/4 c Unsweetened cocoa
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Strong coffee
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
FROSTING:
4 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c Water
2 tb Butter
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Butter 9 x 13' pan; set aside. Use metal blade to mix the first 6 ingredients until combined, about 5 seconds. In a 4 cup liquid measure, stir together the remaining ingredients. With
the machine running, slowly pour liquid in a steady stream through the small feed tube. Let blend until smooth, about 5 seconds. Scrape down work bowl and mix 5 seconds more. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack. Frost with Dark Chocolate Frosting. Break chocolate into 1" chunks. Use metal blade to chop fine. Bring water and butter just to boil; remove from heat; add vanilla. With machine running, pour liquid in slow stream through tube. Ingredients for about 8 servings:
500 ml milk
170 g powdered sugar
120 g softened butter
100 g all-purpose flour
40 g cocoa powder
4 eggs
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tsp vanilla sugar

Dim sum is a traditional Chinese meal that consists of small plates of dumplings and other snack dishes served with tea and is typically eaten between the hours of late morning and lunchtime. Chinese turnip cake, also known as radish cake, is a savoury rice cake filled with cured meat, radish, dried mushrooms, and dried shrimp. This is a popular dim sum dish and also Roland’s favourite. We skipped the Chinese mushrooms from our recipe because we didn't want an overpowering mushroom flavour in our turnip/radish cake but if you like, feel free to add them. In some countries, turnip or radish cake is a traditional Chinese festive dish served during Chinese New Year; however, it is not customary to serve radish cake in Singapore during that period. Makes about 10 slices

800g shredded turnip / radish / daikon (soak in salted water for 30 mins before cooking)
250g rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon sugar
325ml water (use the water that was used to soak your dried shrimp)
50g dried shrimp (rehydrated in water for 10 mins and chopped)
2 Chinese sausages (soak them in hot water for 2 - 3 mins, remove the casing & diced)

(in the video I used 1 large cup which is equal to two small cup)
2. Sugar - 1/2 cup (125gm)
3. Eggs - 4 large
4. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Milk - 2 tbsp
6. Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
7. Oil - 2 tbsp
8. Vinegar- 1 tsp
While making your cake if you think your cake batter is thick then add some more milk ( room temp ) and make the batter consistent as per the video .
