Ingredients :
1/2 cup milk + 3 tbs milk
1 tbs lime juice
1/4 cup oil (any odourless)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Some water (to brush over cake)
1 cup melted whipping cream
Some freshly chopped strawberries
Approx 100 gm sliced almonds
Method :
To Make Eggless Vanilla Sponge :
Take a small bowl, add 1/2 cup milk with room temperature add 1 tbs lime juice, mix it and leave for 5 mins to curdle.
Take a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup oil (any odourless)
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Add 3 tbs milk
Add 1/2 cup icing sugar
Add milk and lime mixture in it, mix it well with the help of hand whisker.
Place food strainer in it, seive and add 3/4 cup all purpose flour (wheat flour is optional).
Add 1/2 tsp baking powder
Add 1/4 tsp baking soda
Add a pinch of salt and again mix it well with hand whisker.
Further take a 4 inch round shape cake mould, place a butter paper on it greased with oil.
Pour the mixture in it
Pre heat oven for 10 mins at 180⁰
Place cake mould in the oven and bake it for 25 mins
(To bake it on stove pre heat pan and bake it for 30-35 mins)
Once cake is baked, rest it for an hour and then remove from the mould (insert knife from the sides, clear the sides of the cake and demould it on a plate)
To level the cake, slice the top off with the help of knife.
To Make Cake Icing :
Place sponge cake on turn table in a plate, put knife in the middle of the cake and move turn table round, cut it from the sides first and then from the center.
Spread 1 spoon whipped cream on plate
(Take 1 cup melted whipping cream, whip it well until it expands and turns double the quantity).
Keep upper part of the sponge upside down
Brush some water on it to bring moisture in the cake
Add whipped cream layer on it
Then add a layer of some freshly chopped strawberries.
Again add a layer of whipped cream
Place base of the sponge keeping downside up
Cover the sides and top of the cake well with whipped cream.
Further stick approx 100 gm sliced almonds around the cake covering the whipped cream
(Blanched & sliced almonds - available online or at bakery stores)
Put whipped cream in a piping bag and place a star shape nozzle in it.
Making flower shape design keep adding whipped cream on the edges of cake.
By adding some more whipped cream with a piping bag make small flower shape design around the cake.
Add some freshly chopped strawberries in the middle and a small strawberry in the center of cake.

Strawberry magic cake
For the cake:
4 egg whitesDash of salt4 egg yolks1 ½ cups powdered sugar½ cup butter, melted 1 ¼ cup milk-lukewarm1 ¼ cup strawberry puree1 tsp vanilla¾ cup all-purpose flourpowdered sugar-for dusting the cake
Instructions
325°F/170°C Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.In another bowl beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until light and fluffy.Add melted butter in egg yolks and beat, then add strawberry puree, milk and vanilla and mix until combine. Add flour and mix.Add beaten egg whites into the mixture carefully, using a rubber spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 325°F/170°C Let the cake cool and dust with powdered sugar.

How to make the yummy FLAN CAKE.
Here's what you'll need:
CARAMEL SYRUP:
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
1/4 cup water (60ml)
FLAN:
4 whole eggs (55-60 grams each)
1 cup condensed milk (300g)
1 and 1/2 cup milk (375ml) You can use fresh milk or evaporated milk
1 tsp vanila (5ml)
SPONGE CAKE:
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1/4 cup milk (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
4 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice or cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
ARABIC:
شراب الكراميل:
3/4 كوب سكر (150 جرام)
1/4 كوب ماء (60 مل)
فلان:
4 بيضات كاملة (55-60 جرام لكل منهما)
1 كوب حليب مكثف (300 جم)
1 و 1/2 كوب حليب (375 مل) يمكنك استخدام الحليب الطازج أو الحليب المبخر
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا (5 مل)
كعكة إسفنجية:
4 صفار بيض
1/4 كوب سكر (50 جرام)

XAROPE DE CARAMEL:

RUSSIAN:
КАРАМЕЛЬНЫЙ СИРОП:

1 dan 1/2 cawan susu (375ml) Anda boleh menggunakan susu segar atau susu sejat
1 sudu kecil vanila (5ml)
KEK SPAN:
4 kuning telur
1/4 cawan gula (50g)
1/4 cawan minyak (60ml)
1/4 cawan susu (60ml)
1 sudu kecil vanila (5ml)
1 cawan tepung serba guna (125g)
1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik (5g)
1/2 sudu kecil garam (3g)
4 biji telur
1 sudu kecil jus lemon atau krim tartar
1/3 cawan gula (65g)

Baking Strawberry Winter Cake | ASMR | Magic Marinade
This is a really simple cake that takes about half an hour to assemble, and another hour to bake, and is a great way to make the most of strawberry season. Strawberries are usually in season in India between November and March, peaking around the latter months., which is when I baked this particular cake (you can see how perfectly lush the strawberries I've used look).
It's also quite an easy cake to put together, so it's perfect for beginners, and also extremely rewarding. It'll also fill your house with the most delightful strawberry aroma while it bakes.

Ingredients:
100 gm Maida (Plain Flour)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
200 gm Condensed Milk
1/4th cup oil (OR 80 gm butter)
100 ml milk
Strawberry puree. Take 6-7 strawberries and crush them
Whipped cream
A drop of pink colour for whipped cream
Few strawberries to place on top and surrounding the cake
Method:
Take 2 bowls.
To make a cake, always prepare Dry and Wet Ingredients separately.
In 1st bowl, sift through 100 gm Maida, 1 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp baking soda.
#CakeTip Sifting helps bring aeration and remove lumps from the floor
So dry ingredients are ready.
Now in the 2nd bowl let's mix wet ingredients first
Take 200 gm condensed milk
Add 1/4th cup oil. If you want to use butter instead then take 80 gm butter
Mix the wet ingredients nicely, you may use hand beater or electric beater; either way, it's fine
Take 100 ml milk and add part of it to wet ingredients.
#CakeTip Since I'm making strawberry marble cake, am not using vanilla essence, but if you are making a vanilla cake then at this stage also add vanilla essence.
Now mix dry and wet ingredients and beat with hand beater.
At this stage add the remaining milk too
Time to preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
And when you put the batter in the oven, it will take 20-25 minutes for baking at 180 degrees.
The cake batter is ready, but we are making Strawberry Marble cake; so we need a strawberry colour as well.
So take out half of the batter into 2nd bowl.
Take 6-7 strawberry crushed to make a puree and add it to one of the bowls so this way we will have one bowl of white colour batter and another pink.
Take a well-greased baking pan with butter paper at the bottom and add little of white and pink batters one by one and repeat the process till both bowls of batter get over. and you can see pink and white colour rings in the pan
Now place the baking tray into the pre-heated oven and let the cake get baked for 20-25 minutes.
After 20 minutes check if the cake is baked.
Let the cake cool down to room temperature. and then begin the icing.
#CakeTip never do icing on a warm cake, it will spoil the cream
Once the cake is cooled down, take a knife to loosen up the sides of the cake so that it comes out easily
Shave off the dom of the cake so that icing can be done evenly.
Prepare the whipped cream in 2 colours, take out some of the whipped creams and add a drop of pink colour so you can have white and pink coloured whipped cream.
Fill it in a piping bag and decorate cake beautifully with 2 coloured whipped cream.
You may place a few chopped strawberries to give a beautiful look.
