This is not a classic Tiramisu recipe, it does not contain alcohol so it's kids friendly and suitable for those who don't consume alcohol. It also does not contain fresh eggs so it's perfectly safe for expecting mothers.

I made a fresh sauce without heating the strawberries.
Sweet and sour strawberries and mascarpone cream are a great combination.

▶Strawberry sauce
200g strawberries
20g Granulated sugar
▶Cream
3 egg yolks
50g Granulated sugar
250g mascarpone
100g whipping cream
100g sponge cake (You can use either finger Biscuits or muffins too)

オーブンなし!10分で食べれる簡単いちごティラミスの作り方
マスカルポーネチーズといちごで作る春のティラミスを作りました。
ビスコッティ・サヴォイアルディ(フィンガービスケット)の代わりに
市販のクッキーを使ったお手軽なレシピです。
オーブンを使わないので、作ってすぐに食べられます。
▷材料:
いちご 100g
砂糖 30g
レモン汁 10ml
生クリーム 200ml
砂糖 20g
加糖練乳 20g
バニラエクストラクト 5ml
マスカルポーネチーズ 200g
クッキー
粉砂糖 5g
苺パウダー 2g
▷作り方:
1.いちごは洗ってヘタを取り、縦半分にカットする。鍋にいちご、砂糖、レモン汁を入れていちごと砂糖をなじませる。
2.中火にかけていちごの水分が出るまで煮る。火からおろして冷ましておく。
3.生クリーム、砂糖、加糖練乳、バニラエクストラクトをあわせ、ボウルを氷水で冷やしながら緩めに泡立てる。
4.マスカルポーネチーズを加えて更に混ぜる。
5.②のいちごの果肉を加えて混ぜる。
6.お好みの容器の底にクッキーを敷き、いちごのシロップをかける。側面にフレッシュいちごを貼り付ける。
7.⑤を流し入れて表面を平らにならす。
8.粉砂糖といちごパウダーを混ぜ合わせ、ティラミスの表面に振りかける。いちごとミントを飾り付けて完成。

Strawberry Tiramisu dessert in 10 minutes! No baking, no fresh eggs, no gelatine, no alcohol.
Try this super easy and quick Tiramisu no bake dessert with a twist. If you haven't tried Tiramisu with strawberries please do, you will love it!
This is not a classic Tiramisu recipe, it does not contain alcohol so it's kids friendly (if you use decaf coffee) and suitable for those who don't consume alcohol but love Tiramisu. It also does not contain fresh eggs so it's perfectly safe for expecting mothers.
Perfect last minute dessert idea, dessert table idea or just a treat with your cup of tea or coffee.
It can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days so can be made in advance.
RECIPE:
2 tbsp instant coffee
100ml (1/2 cup) boiling water
200ml (3/4) cup cold water
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
20 Savoiardi biscuits
100g (4-5 medium size) strawberries
2 strawberries cut in quarters for decoration.

-4 strawberry tiramisu
-딸기 티라미수 4개
(container size 상자 사이즈: 118*60*50mm, 270ml)

150g(8~9, 5.3oz) strawberries 딸기
45g(3Tbsp) sugar 설탕
10g(2tsp) lemon juice 레몬즙
???? Mascarpone Cream 마스카포네 크림
105g(1/2cup) heavy cream, cold 생크림, 차가운 상태
32g(2Tbsp) sugar 설탕
180g(1cup) mascarpone cheese, room temp 마스카포네 치즈, 실온
ladyfingers 레이디핑거
12~13 strawberries 딸기
icing sugar 슈가파우더
1. 딸기소스 만들기 : 딸기를 그릇에 넣고 으깬 다음, 설탕, 레몬즙을 넣고 섞는다. 1시간 정도 설탕이 녹을 때까지 실온에서 보관한다.
2. 딸기 2~3개는 꼭지를 자르지 않고 반으로 갈라 준비한다. 나머지 딸기는 다져 준비한다.
3. 마스카포네 크림 : 실온의 마스카포네 치즈를 주걱으로 가볍게 섞는다.
4. 생크림에 설탕을 넣고, 핸드믹서로 80% 가량 휘핑한다.
5. 마스카포네 치즈에 휘핑한 생크림 1/3을 넣고 주걱으로 가볍게 섞는다. 나머지 생크림을 함께 넣고 골고루 섞는다. 완성된 크림은 짤주머니에 담아 준비한다.
6. 용기에 딸기소스를 2스푼 가량 깔고, 위에 레이디핑거 2개를 올린다. 그 위에 딸기소스를 얹고, 다진 딸기를 올린다. 그 위 마스카포네 크림을 짜 올리고, 스패출러로 윗면을 정리한다. 냉장고에서 3시간 이상 휴지한다.
7. 완성된 티라미수 위 슈가파우더, 반으로 가른 딸기를 올려 완성한다.
1. Strawberry Sauce: Put strawberries in a bowl and mash them, then add sugar and lemon juice and mix. Store at room temperature until the sugar dissolves, about 1 hour.
2. Prepare 2-3 strawberries by cutting them in half without cutting the stems. Chop the rest of the strawberries.
3. Mascarpone Cream : Lightly mix room temperature mascarpone cheese with a spatula.
4. Add sugar to the whipped cream and whip about 80% with a hand mixer.
5. Add 1/3 of whipped cream to mascarpone cheese and mix lightly with a spatula. Add the rest of the whipped cream and mix evenly. Prepare the finished cream by putting it in a piping bag.
6. Spread about 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce in a container, and put 2 ladyfingers on top. On top of that, put strawberry sauce and put chopped strawberries. Squeeze the mascarpone cream on top and clean the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
7. Finished tiramisu with sugar powder and halved strawberries.
