The Melting Pot
Ingredients:
1-1/2 parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
4 parts tomato juice
1/4 part hot sauce
2 dashes fish sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes celery bitters
2 lemon wedges
1 tsp. salt/pepper/Aleppo pepper mix
German sausage and okra for garnish
*Must be 21 or older. Always drink responsibly.

A classic cocktail with tomato juice and vodka spiced up with tobasco!
BLOODY MARY
Ingredients
240ml vodka
Celery salt as required
Lemon wedge
Ice cubes as required
480ml tomato juice
4 dashes of Tobasco sauce
4 dashes of Worcestshire sauce
4 lemon wedges
4 pinches of crushed black peppercorns
4 pinches of salt
Fresh celery sticks to serve
Method
1. Spread celery salt on a plate, rim the glass with lemon wedge and press onto the celery salt.
2. To make one portion, pour 60ml vodka into a serving glass, add a few ice cubes, pour 120ml tomato juice, a dash of Tobasco sauce, a dash of Worcestshire sauce, a pinch of celery salt, squeeze 1 lemon wedge and sprinkle a pinch of crushed black peppercorns, a pinch of salt and mix well.
3. Serve with celery stick.

Bloody Mary Cocktail Recipe Ingredients -
1/4 cup ice cubes
60 ml vodka
120 ml tomato juice
6 drops Tabasco sauce (or more to make it slightly spicy)
2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
Small pinch of salt
celery
Freshly crushed pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Celery stick & lemon wedge to garnish
Method:
-Take a quarter cup of ice for a single serving
-Pour 60ml of vodka
-Add 120ml tomato juice
-Add some Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice,
-Shake it well and it is ready to serve

A Bloody Mary is a cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and other spices and flavorings including Worcestershire sauce, hot sauces, garlic, herbs, horseradish, celery, olives, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, and celery salt. Some versions of the drink, such as the surf 'n turf Bloody Mary, include shrimp and bacon as garnishes. In the United States, it is usually consumed in the morning or early afternoon and is popular as a hangover cure.
The Bloody Mary was invented in the 1920s or 1930s. There are various theories as to the origin of the drink and its name. It has many variants, most notably the Red Snapper, the Virgin Mary, the Caesar, and the Michelada.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE WINGS
3 lb. chicken wings
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
celery salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 c. tomato juice
2/3 c. vodka
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. Hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
FOR THE DIP
2/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. chopped dill
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. In a large bowl, drizzle wings with oil. Season with celery salt and black pepper and set aside.
3. In another large bowl, combine tomato juice, vodka, brown sugar, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Whisk until fully incorporated and season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour bloody Mary mixture over wings until they are fully submerged, reserving some to reduce. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
5. When an hour has passed remove wings from the bowl with tongs and place on a large baking sheet. Roast 45 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, add marinade. Bring to a simmer and cover until reduced by half.
7. When wings are ready, brush them with the thickened sauce and broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
8. Make dip: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, horseradish and dill. Serve.
