How To make Boston Cream Pie2
CAKE LAYERS:
1/4 Cup Butter -- softened
1 Cup Sugar
3 Large eggs
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 3/4 Cup All-purpose flour
2 Teaspoon Baking powder
CUSTARD:
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 Cup Milk
4 Large eggs yolks lightly beaten
:
GLAZE----- 3 Ounce Milk chocolate
Or semisweet chocolate 1 Tablespoon Butter
1/3 Cup Confectioners' sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
PREPARE CAKE LAYERS: Heat oven to 350 degrees.Grease and flour two 9" round cake pans.In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed,
beat 1/4 cup butter,1 cup sugar,eggs,2/3 cup milk,1 tsp. vanilla and baking powder about 4 minutes until thoroughly blended and smooth. Spoon batter into prepared pans;bake 30 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center of each layer comes out clean.Remove layers to wire racks to cool completely. PREPARE EGG CUSTARD: In 2 qt. saucepan,stir 2/3 cup sugar,cornstarch and salt until thoroughly mixed;slowly stir in 2 1/2 cups milk until smooth.Bring to boil over medium heat,stirring constantly;cook 1 minute until mixture boils rapidly and thickens.Remove from heat; very slowly pour lightly beaten egg yolks into hot mix ture,stirring rapidly and constantly to blend and keep smooth.Return mixture to low heat;cook 1 minute longer.Do not allow to boil.Remove from heat;stir in 1 tbsp. vanilla.Cool completely,stirring frequently. PREPARE CHOCOLATE G! LAZE: In small heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and 1 tbsp. butter,stirring frequently until blended and smooth.Remove from heat;stir in confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup milk until blended and smooth.Keep warm,covered. To assemble: Using sharp serrated knife,carefully cut cooled layers in half horizontally.Place one layer,cut side up,on serving platter; spread with 1/3 cooled custard.Repeat with remaining cake layers and custard,ending with cake layer,cut side down.Spoon warm glaze over top of cake,letting mixture drip down sides.Makes 12 to 16 servings.

If your family is constantly clowning around during desert time, this guide will have them eating the pie rather than throwing it at one another.
Warning
Raw egg carries a risk of salmonella infection. Use pasteurized egg whites to reduce your risk.
Step 1: Bake the pie crust
Bake a store-bought or homemade pie crust until it is golden brown and set it aside to cool.
Step 2: Whisk the milk and sugar
Whisk together the sugar and 2 cups of the milk in the small saucepan, and then bring it to a simmer over low heat.
Step 3: Separate the eggs
Separate the eggs and temper the egg yolks with the heated milk and sugar mixture. Then add everything back to the saucepan. Save the egg whites.
Tip
Tempering prevents the eggs from scrambling by slowly increasing the temperature with a small amount of the heated liquid.
Step 4: Add the cornstarch
Dissolve the cornstarch with the remaining milk and add it to the saucepan. Allow it to thicken for 4 to 6 minutes.
Step 5: Combine the vanilla, coconut, and butter
Stir in the vanilla, coconut, and butter, and allow the mixture to cool before pouring it into the pie shell.
Step 6: Make the meringue
Make the meringue by beating the saved egg whites with an electric beater and slowly adding the confectioners' sugar until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
Step 7: Bake and serve
Top the pie with the meringue and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Cut and serve.

PASTRY RECIPE FOR 2 X 9 INCH PIE CRUSTS
ONLY MAKE HALF IF YOU MAKE ONE PIE
2 cups pastry/plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup fat I used part butter and part lard
cold water
Mix dry ingredients, add fat till crumbly. add water till rollable.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE RECIPE
7 Tablespoons corn starch
dash salt
1 cup sugar
20 ou (1 pint) Milk
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate or 85 percent chocolate or cocoa powder
3 large or 4 small eggs separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar to mix with egg whites when beating them
FOR THE TOPPING
3/4 to 1 cup sweetened whipping cream, whipped
chocolate bar shaved, you choose the amount.
combine dry ingredients, add milk, cook till starts to thicken, add beaten egg yolks and vanilla, stir, cool.
whip egg whites with sugar till thick, fold into cooled chocolate mixture.
put into baked pie shell.
cover with sweetened whipped cream whipped, sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

This is one of my favorite desserts to make! It is creamy, lucious, and very rich! If you love chocolate this recipe is for you! It is perfect for holiday cooking and entertaining, as it is better if made a day ahead. Shane (my husband) would say that same day is just as good, but that is because he has no patience to wait. He will eat it all by himself if given the chance! I am almost willing to bet, Blake (my youngest) would too. Try it out and let me know what you think!
Also, this is my first video project in over 16 years! I know it is far from perfect, but I had tons of fun putting it together! I have to admit, I also had some hair pulling moments. Vaporgalaxy Boston cream pie eliquid juice review
This is without a doubt one of my favorites. Tastes EXACTLY like it says. You can taste the cream, chocolate, and a little bit of vanilla cake flavor. This is one of my go to flavors that I always keep a large amount of on hand. Get over to vaporgalaxy and try there high caliber line. They are 100 percent VG but the flavor is strong and obvious as if it was pg. Love this flavor. Plus, customer service over there is second to none!!
