How To make Bowl Of Berries
*stem* 1/4 c Water
1 dr Green food coloring
2 oz Slivered blanced almonds
*cookies* 1 c Margarine; softened
1/2 c Powdered sugar
3 oz Strawberry gelatin powder
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Flour
Red colored sugar Green colored sugar
To make stems, mix water and green food color in a shallow bowl. Add almonds. Allow to soak and absord color, stirring several times. To make cookies, beat margarine, powdered sugar, gelatin, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. On low speed, gradually beat in flour. Chill 30 minutes. Drain almonds on several layers of paper towels. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Have baking sheets ready. Form dough into 48 balls, about 1 inch in diametrer. Taper one end of each to make a strawberry shape. Roll in red sugar. Dip wider end in green sugar. Insert an almond stem in wide end of each berry. Place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until set but now browned. Makes 48.

Mix 100g bevroren Açai berries met 1 verse banaan en 100ml (plantaardige) yoghurt in een blender of met een staafmixer tot een smeuïg geheel. Werk af met heerlijke toppings!

Perfect breakfast recipe to keep you full for a long time using variety of berries to form a simple, tasty and nutritious bowl.
(Missing out on one or two ingredients won’t change the taste/health benefits)
Ingredients used for bowl base-
*Berries - Strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and blackberry.
*Banana (I have used half a banana, you can use a full too )
*Any unsweetened plant based milk (used almond vanilla milk)
*Flax seed powder - rich in omega3 fatty acid
(dry roast some flax seeds in a pan then grind it in a powder form, you can store it in a jar)
*Açai berry powder - loaded with antioxidants
*Green matcha powder - high in antioxidants
*Peanut butter
*Honey (for sweetness)
Bowl topping -
*Sliced strawberries
*Desiccated coconut powder - rich in fibre
*Some blueberries
*Chocolate granola
*Banana
*Pumpkin seeds - a natural source of carbohydrates, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, they contain most of the B vitamins, along with C, D, E, and K, they also have the minerals calcium, potassium, and phosphorous
*Some Chocolate chunks
