How To make Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli -- (10-ounce)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
undiluted (1

3/4-ounce) 2 cups skim milk
1 jar process cheese spread -- (8-ounce)
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add celery and onion, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until tender. Remove mixture from skillet, and set aside.
Combine soups and milk in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring often, just until thoroughly heated. Add cheese spread, stirring until melted; remove from heat.
Stir in broccoli, celery mixture, rice, chicken, and pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350? for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake
Serving: 3-4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup long grain rice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups broccoli, diced
1 ½ cups chicken broth
Extra cheddar cheese for topping
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 375°F/190°C.
In a casserole dish, combine rice, pepper, onion powder, cream of chicken, cheese, broccoli, and chicken stock. Mix until everything is combined.
Lay chicken on top of the rice mixture. Space evenly.
Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
Take off cover and top the chicken with more cheese. Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 box rigatoni pasta
1 medium yellow onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 quart chicken broth
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided (2 Tbsp each)
3 Tbsl all purpose flour
Garlic and herb seasoning
All purpose seasoning
Smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 cubes
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated, mild or sharp
1-2 Tbsp sour cream, optional
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add chicken and onions to a hot pan with 1 Tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper, cook until chicken is browned. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the rice, broth, soup, sour cream, and 1/2 cup cheese stirring to combine. Fold in the broccoli. Cook for 2 more minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and parmesan cheese. Spread over top of chicken mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
