How To make Potato Broccoli Casserole
10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 can condensed broccoli-cheese soup
or cream of broccoli soup 1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp pepper
5 medium potatoes
Preheat oven to 350*.
Thaw and drain broccoli. Combine broccoli, soup, milk, and pepper. Slice potatoes thin. Add to soup mix. Toss to coat. Spoon into 2 quart greased casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1 hour longer or till potatoes are tender and top is brown.

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 package (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/ 2 cup milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups frozen potato nuggets (from a 32-oz. package)
EASY STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12- x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook the broccoli according to the package directions. Drain.
2. Combine 1 cup Cheddar, the soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
3. Add the broccoli and potato nuggets. Stir to coat with the cheese mixture.
4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until hot and the cheese is lightly browned, 35–40 minutes.

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup onions, chopped
20 ounces packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve butter crackers
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
Step 3
Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl. Break up the frozen broccoli. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese, Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Top with cracker mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered
