Brownie Pudding, The Best Chocolate Dessert Ever
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. My favorite, but this dessert is my daughter in love, Keri, favorite chocolate dessert. I haven't made it for her in quite a while so I decided I would surprise her with she. She loved it. It is rich, but so chocolatey and delicious. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of milk and sit back and watch me show you how to make this amazing dessert. It is quick and so easy to put together. Recipe Below.

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter, softened
4 x-large eggs, room temperature
2 cups sugar
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly butter 2 qt oval baking dish. Melt butter and set aside to cool.
With electric mixer on med-high, beat eggs and sugar for 5-10 minutes, until very thick and light yellow. Meanwhile, sift cocoa and flour together. Set aside.
When egg & sugar mix is ready, reduce speed to low, add vanilla and cocoa/flour mixture. Mix only until combined. Pour butter slowly into mixture and mix again only until combined.
Pour into prepared dish, place in larger pan. Add hot water half way up side of dish. Bake exactly 1 hour. Cool and serve.

unsalted butter 100g
semi sweet dark chocolate 100g
all purpose flour (maida) 1 cup (120g)
cocoa powder 2tbsp (15g)
baking powder 1tsp
sugar 1/4 cup (50g)
warm milk 1 & 1/2 cup (125g)
for the cream :
whipping cream 150ml
powdered sugar 1/4 cup (25g)
vanilla extract 1tsp
for the chocolate mixture ;
semi sweet dark chocolate 100g
hot milk 1/4 cup (60ml)
* baking tray 5.10 inch *
* baking time - bake preheated oven at 170c for 20 to 22 minutes *
