How To make Buffalo Chicken Strips
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut in 1"
strips 1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine milk, honey & hot pepper sauce. Add chicken strips & marinate at least 10 minutes.
Combine cornflakes, ginger, thyme, tarragon & cayenne. Dip the chicken strips into the cornflake mixture.
Place the chicken on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 F for 10 - 15 minutes until crispy. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.

ingredients
4 pounds of tenders (thats how much I USED)
All Purpose seasoning (I used @MrMakeItHappen )
Cayenne Pepper
Chipotle Powder
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup hot sauce
Mix all the above together in a large bowl and let it sit for 5 hours. To a large bag, get 4 cups of flour and double (or triple) the seasoning above. Dredge chicken and fry in 350 degree oil for 7-9 minutes. Let drain on a wire rack.
For sauce:
1 7oz jar of chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce)
7 Oz chicken broth
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
12 oz of honey (more for a sweeter, stickier sauce)
Blend chipotles and broth until smooth. Drain until the seeds are out. Add to a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes and then add honey. Cook until sauce gets to the consistency you like. Sauce up the tenders and enjoy!

Today im going to share with you my favorite way to enjoy homemade crispy chicken tenders now let me tell you my McDonald’s go to order from back in the day was a buffalo crispy chicken wraps o was disappointed when they discontinued them but I have them them at home and so much better because I make sure everything is fresh and I use my favorite store bought precooked flour tortillas( the only ones don’t have a pata smell) ifkyk???? ☺️???? 2 lbs or 12 chicken tenders
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Dry Mixture
1 cup APF
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder(I had mixed it with my cornstarch and forgot to mention ????)
1 1/2 tsp salt

4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayanne pepper
Oil for frying

How To Make Amazing Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Buffalo wings have always been my favorite food, but I've still not found a wing sauce I like quite as much as what my parents used to make. I eventually found out why I like that sauce so much, they use a packet of dressing mix to season the sauce. That blew my mind because it's an amazing upgrade to the standard hot sauce and butter combo, but it's so simple. Now when I have wings covered in the orange Frank's and Butta sauce, I get pretty bored. They lack any interesting zing or flavor, compared to the sauce I make.
If you don't like buffalo, you could toss these tendies in any sauce you like. Or you can always just eat them on their own, they are delicious either way.
