How to Make The Best Hot Chocolate Of All Time (4 ways)
Today I made all of the types of hot chocolate known to man. Or at least it felt like that. Really we made hot chocolate 4 different ways. Those ways being instant hot chocolate, single serving easy hot chocolate, Italian hot chocolate, and a spicy boi Mexican hot chocolate. So as it just begins to get chilly, let's get this hot chocolate party started.

Rasmalai Blondie | White Chocolate Brownie | Easy Eggless Blondie Recipe | How to make Blondie
Ingredients:
For Blondie
- 150 gms White Chocolate
- 100 gms Butter
- 100 gms Milk
- 125 gms Condensed Milk
- 1/4 tsp Rasmalai Essence
- 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder
- 150 gms Maida
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 40 gms Nuts Powder
- 2-3 drops Yellow Gel Color
- Tin Size - 8 inch
For Ganache:
- 150 gms White Chocolate
- 1/4 Cup Whipped Cream
- 1/4 tsp Elachi Powder
For Garnishing:
- Sliced Kaju, Badam & Pista
- Rose Petals
- Kesar
- Silver Flakes
Method:
- Preheat oven at 170'C for 10 min.
- In a microwave, melt white chocolate and butter till it becomes smooth.
- Cool it little.
- Add milk and condense milk, mix it properly and add color.
- Now add essence and elaichi powder.
- Sieve maida and baking powder directly in wet ingredients.
- Mix nuts powder and mix it properly. Do not over mix it.
- Pour the batter into lined 8x8 tin.
- Now bake the blondie in OTG at 170'C for 30 minutes.
- Before decorating completely cool it on wire rack.
- Now melt white chocolate and rasmalai milk and make ganache and cool it.
- Whipped the cream and mix it with white ganache. Add rasmalai essence, if you want.
- Pipe cut cream on cool blondie, sprinkle chopped nuts, rose petals and silver flakes.

These are the fudgiest brownies you can ever think of, perfect crisp crackly top, super fudgy center, moist and gooey in all bites. You can add nuts or chocolate chunks to your brownies or serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream as per your preference.
Recipe -
DRY INGREDIENTS
Flour 120g
cocoa powder 40g
baking soda 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
( sift the dry ingredient and keep aside)
WET INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate 100g
unsalted butter 100g
milkmaid 200g
( microwave it for 1 min {30-30sec})
MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS WITH THE WET INGREDIENTS
vanilla essence 1tsp
water 2tbsp
MIX WELL
Pour the batter in a prepared tin and bake it for 30min on 160 degree
