How To make Caraway Pork Chops
2 x Med Onions, thinly sliced
3 x Apples, peeled & thin sliced
2 T Honey
2 t Caraway Seeds
6 ea Pork Chops, (1/2")
Garlic salt and pepper Dijon Mustard Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Layer onions and apples in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon caraway seeds. Prepare chops by sprinkling them with garlic salt and pepper and spreading mustard on them. Place chops on apples and sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon caraway seeds. Cover and bake 1 hour.

●8 center cut pork chops
●2 pounds sauerkraut, drained
●1 large red apple, diced
●1 onion, chopped
●1 cup brown sugar
●1 tablespoon caraway seeds

4 pork chop ( loin or cutlets)
8 medium size onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage leaves
4 or 5 twigs s thyme
2 garlic clove ( finely sliced and pan fried)
salt and pepper for the seasoning
half a tablespoon of butter plus 1 tablespoon of oil to cook the chops
1 tablespoon butter ( to add over the chops)
Oven cooking time and temperature:
30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius / 338 F for fan forced oven or 180 celsius /356 F for non fan forced oven.

Kislo Zelje with Pork Chops, Slovenian recipe
Sauerkraut, sauteed, with pork chops done the Slovenian way.
Ingredients:
KISLO ZELJE
1-2 bay leaves 1/2 onion 1 garlic cloves 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp caraway seeds 1 jar of Sauerkraut Salt/pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups water Garnish: bacon bits
Rinse sauerkraut. Add oil to pan. Fry onions and garlic, then add all the rest of ingredients. Cover and Simmer for 30 min, the last 10 uncovered.
