How To make Cheesy Broccoli Carrot Casserole
10 oz Package frozen broccoli,
1 x Or 3 cups fresh, chopped
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 cn Cream of Chicken soup(10 3/4
1/2 c Vermont sour cream
1 c Vermont sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 c Shredded carrots
1 T All-purpose flour
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
2 T Butter, melted
3/4 c Herb seasoned stuffing mix
In a saucepan cook chopped broccoli and chopped onion in a small amount of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded
carrots, flour, salt, and pepper. Fold in drained broccoli-onion mixture and cheese. Combine stuffing mix and butter, sprinkle over vegatables. Bake at 350? for 25-30 minutes or until heated. Serves 6. From The Flavor of Vermont, Vermont Agricultural Enterprises, Inc. No copyright shown.

INGREDIENTS
*Rice*
1 1/2 cups rinsed long-grain rice
3 Tbsp chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
3 cups water
*The casserole ingredients*
4 to 4 1/2 cups cooked chicken rice
8 oz Velveeta cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar
1 lb frozen bag of chopped broccoli (thawed)
10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom
21 fl oz whole milk
season, salt & pepper to taste
*buttered 8x12-inch baking dish*
*bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes*

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter ½ stick
½ medium onion chopped
2-3 cloves garlic minced
4 tablespoon AP flour
2 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable stock
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp or ground nutmeg, optional
3 cups broccoli florets or 1 large head, cut into small pieces
1 large carrot grated, julienned or finely chopped
2 cups half & half or milk or light or heavy cream
8 oz block grated cheddar cheese or 2 cups (mild, medium, or sharp )
Melt butter in a large dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook 3-4 minutes or until softened and light gold. Add the garlic and saute for another minute.
Add flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes or until the flour begins to turn golden in color. Pour in the chicken stock, broccoli florets, carrots, and seasoning. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the broccoli and carrots are cooked through.
Stir in half & half and cheddar cheese and simmer for another minute. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with toasted crusty bread or in a bread bowl if desired.

You will need
Bag of Broccoli
1/2 Block Velveeta Cheese (32 oz Block)
1 Sleeve Ritz Cracker Crushed
1 Stick of Butter
Topping
Mix 1 Stick Butter and Ritz Crackers
Bake 350 30 Minutes

500 g broccoli or cauliflower
500 g potatoes
200 g sour cream
200 ml of milk
150 g grated cheddar cheese
8 tbsp heaped tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil of your choice
to season salt and pepper to your own taste
The potatoes are boiled for 5 minutes - then add the broccoli florets and cook both together for 4 minutes.
The casserole is baked in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 to 30 minutes.

What you need
3 bags of frozen broccoli
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of cream of bacon
1 bag of cheddar cheese
1/2 bag of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack mixed
2 onions
2 eggs
1 sleeve of ritz crackers
Complete seasoning
Garlic and pepper seasoning
Lawrys seasoning salt
Directions
Boil broccoli for 3 minutes first
Drain water and broccoli to baking dish
Add your eggs, mayo, cheese cream of bacon, and seasoning
Mix well
Layer the top with Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and crushed ritz crackers
Add 1 inch thick slices of butter on top
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes enjoy ????
