How To make Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
1/4 cup chopped onion
15 oz spaghetti sauce
12 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
grated
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese :
grated
Cook spaghetti, drain, and mix with spaghetti sauce. While spaghetti is cooking, melt butter, add onion, and cook until onion is soft. Stir in flour a nd slowly add evaporated milk and then water, whisking constantly, cook over me dium heat until thickened. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of Velveeta and Parmesan che ese. Stir until melted. Spread half of spaghetti mixture in the bottom of a 10x6x2" baking dish or 8"-9" square baking dish. Spread half of cheese mixture and
half of remaining half of Velveeta over this layer. Spread remaining spaghetti mixture on top, and then remaining cheese sauce and remaining Velveeta. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.

Ingredients:
For the red sauce:
800 grams Italian spaghetti sauce
500 grams ground Beef
500 grams spaghetti noodles
1 cup water
300 grams Hotdog
1 medium size red bell pepper
1 medium size white onion
3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
For the white sauce:
150 grams butter
200 grams heavy cream
250 grams quickmelt cheese
220 grams condensed milk
for the toppings ( Optional )
100 grams parmesan cheese
150 grams cheddar cheese
Bake in 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown

2-1/2 LB GROUND BEEF
SALT PEPPER GARLIC POWDER PARSLEY FLAKES RED PEPPER FLAKES
A COUPLE PINCHES SUGAR OPTIONAL
HOT SAUCE
PREGO SPAGHETTI SAUCE OR YOUR FAVORITE SAUCE
2 CLOVES GARLIC (AND A LITTLE OIL)
PARMESEAN CHEESE POWDER
SPAGHETTI NOODLES THIN
ONION AND BELL PEPPER
MUSHROOMS OPTIONAL
MOZZERALLA CHEESE FRESH
SHREDDED MOZZARELLA

Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
Servings: 6 - 8
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 chicken breasts, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 ½ cups chicken broth
2 ½ cups heavy cream
1 pound uncooked penne
2 cups parmesan
2 cups mozzarella
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
1. In a pot, heat oil and add chicken. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add garlic, then brown the chicken. Add broth, heavy cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 min.
2. Turn off heat and stir in 1 ½ cups of parmesan cheese. Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11x7 inch or 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella and ½ cup of parmesan.
3. Broil 10 - 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
