Prepare Taco Chicken:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes 100g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
Prepare Vegetables:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Fresh jalapeno chopped 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Chilli garlic sauce ½ tbs
Prepare Omelette:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella Cheese as required
-Black olives sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese as required

Directions:
Prepare Taco Chicken:
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add olive oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli powder,paprika powder,garlic powder,onion powder,dried oregano,salt,chicken powder,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Vegetables:
-In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,capsicum,corn kernels,tomato,fresh jalapenos,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add chilli garlic sauce,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Omelette:
-In a bowl,add eggs,water,salt,black pepper crushed,whisk well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add whisked eggs,spread evenly & cook on low flame for a minute.
-On one side of the omelette,add grated cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese,prepared vegetable, prepared taco chicken,black olives,fresh coriander,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & flip the other side of egg,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
-Drizzle sour cream,salsa,fresh coriander & serve!

-Add olive oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,paprika powder,lehsan powder,onion powder,dried oregano,namak aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.

-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz,shimla irch,corn kernels,tamatar & fresh jalapenos dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,namak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chilli garlic sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Omelette:
-Bowl mein anday,pani,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Whisked anday dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Anday ki ek side per grated cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese,tayyar vegetable,tayyar taco chicken,black olives,hara dhania,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal ker dosri side ko flip ker lein & dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Sour cream,salsa aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!

Spanish Omelet/Tortilla de Patatas
INGREDIENTS
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 potatoes, thinly sliced
500 milliliters olive oil
6 eggs
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up the olive oil in a really hot pan.
Thinly slice the onion.
Slice the potatoes into 3-millimeters thick pieces.
Fry the vegetables in the olive oil over high heat for 10-15 minutes until they caramelize.
Drain the vegetables and save the olive oil for later use.
Add 6 eggs to a bowl and whisk. Add the fried vegetables, stir, and leave to set for 15-20 minutes.
In a nonstick pan, fry the egg mixture over high heat for 1 minute, then reduce to a low heat for 2-4 minutes.
Cover the pan with a large plate and carefully turn the omelet out onto the plate.
Slide the omelet back into the pan and fry for a further 3-5 minutes over low heat. To check the omelet is cooked, gently press on the centre of the omelet. If the surface springs back, it is ready.
Repeat step 8 to remove omelet from the pan and enjoy!

Stuffed Spanish Omelette with ham and cheese: a very tasty recipe to try!
You'll fall in love with this version of Spanish omelette! INGREDIENTS
• 3 medium potatoes
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 onion
• 4 slices ham
• 8 cheese sandwiches
• Salt
• oil
METHOD
1. Add a lot of oil to the pan over medium heat. Then add peeled and chopped potatoes and finely chopped onions. Put a little salt and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Smash potatoes with a spoon. Allow cooking for another 5 minutes.
3. Put the eggs in a bowl. Add some salt and whisk. After that, add mashed potatoes, onions and mix until smooth.
4. Put a little oil in another small and deep frying pan over high heat. Put 1/3 of the potato and egg mixture above. Spread it over the entire surface of the pan and on top, place 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of ham and finally 4 other slices of cheese. Put the remaining potatoes and the egg above and pull it out with a spoon so that the surface is very smooth. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Using the dish, turn the omelet and enter the other side into the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
