How To make Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake
1 pound Frozen Bread Dough -- * see note
21 ounces cherry pie filling
1/2 cup raisins
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons unbleached flour
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/4 cup brown sugar :
packed
3 tablespoons reduced fat margarine -- cold
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 13 x 9" rectangle. Place in prepa red 13 x 9" pan. Cover and let rise double in size, 1 hour. In a mixing bowl, c ombine cherry pie filling and raisins. Spread evenly over dough. In a another m ixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, milk, 2 tablespoons flour, and almond extract. Pour mixture over cherry mixture. In a small mixing bowl, c ombine remaining flour, and brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembl es coarse crumbs. Sprinkle mixture ov er cream cheese layer. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake
2 pkg (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tsps milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crescent dough. Separate into 16 triangles, reserving 4 triangles for decoration. On Large Round Stone with Handles, arrange 12 triangles in a circle with wide ends toward the outside edge of baking stone and points toward the center. (Points will not meet.) Using lightly floured Baker's Roller®, roll dough to a 14-inch circle, pressing seams together to seal and leaving a 3-in. hole in center.
For filling, in Classic Batter Bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg and vanilla; mix until smooth using Classic Scraper. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough to within 1/2 in. of edges; top with pie filling.
Using Pizza Cutter, cut each remaining triangle into thirds starting at the wide end opposite the point and cutting lengthwise to the point. Arrange dough strips evenly in spoke-like fashion over filling. Press ends to seal at center and outer edges. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly.
For glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth; drizzle over coffee cake using V-Shaped Cutter. Cut into 12 pieces and serve warm using Mini-Serving Spatula.

I especially like to serve it on special occasions as part of a breakfast or brunch menu, although it really is perfect any time of the day. It consists of two layers of a rich almond flavored butter cake sandwiched together with a layer of sweet red canned cherries. A sprinkling of flaked or sliced almonds is the ideal garnish. You can serve this cake warm, at room temperature, or even cold.

Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake
A Pampered Chef Recipe
1 package (8oz) Cream Cheese Softened
1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg separated
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract
2 Tubes (8oz each) Crescent Rolls
1 Cup Cherry Pie Filling
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and Vanilla extract until creamy.
Place a piece of parchment paper slightly bigger than the bottom place of the Dash Double Up Griddle
Pressing down to mark the edge of the plate.
Lay crescent triangles out in a circle On the parchment paper, slightly overlapping with the tips facing outward.
Press seams together.
Spread the cream cheese mixture around the center of the crescent rolls.
Spread the cherry pie filling on top.
Fold the points of the crescent triangle over the top to the middle leaving small spaces in between so you can see the cherry pie filling.
Place a piece of parchment paper on top and close the top of the Griddle and bake for 10-12 minutes and check for doneness. Cook until desired browness.
Remove to cool before cutting

Cherry Coffee Cake - the most amazing coffee cake, perfect for breakfast, snack or as a dessert with your favorite coffee or tea. It is my go-to cake when i need something fast and easy yet incredibly delicious!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
8.5 oz (240 g) sugar
10.6 oz (300 g) all-purpose flour
0.46 oz (13 g) baking powder
7.05 oz (200 g) greek yogurt (or sour cream)
3.4 us fl oz (100 ml) milk
8.1 us fl oz (240 ml) sunflower oil
14.1 oz (400 g) pitted and halved cherries
powdered sugar
Grease and flour 26cm baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 F(180 C).
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour and baking powder (stir in baking powder into the flour).
Combine greek yogurt (or sour cream) and milk and pour it into the egg mixture.
Add oil and mix well to combine.
Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 6-7 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven, spread the cherries over the cake. Pour the second half of the batter over the cherries.
Return to the oven and bake for another 23 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
