How To make Cherry Tomato Salsa
2 c Cherry tomatoes,red/yellow
2 tb Finely chopped green onion
2 tb Lime juice
Salt Pepper Tortilla chips (opt)
HERB BLEND:
1 Garlic clove
1/3 c Packed fresh cilantro
2 Fresh jalapeno chilies
Coarsely chop tomatoes and herb belnd in a food processor or with a knife. Stir in onion and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Present in a small bowl and scoop onto cucumber slices or tortilla chips makes about 2 cups. *** HERB BLEND *** In a bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, and chiles (stemmed and seeded). ~ Nancy Fas, Cardiff, California.

Friends, no joke this stuff is amazing, the flavors are so vibrant and fresh. This was my first time using zucchini in a salsa recipe and I am so glad I gave it a try. What a fantastic way to stretch your tomato harvest. I still have plenty of tomatoes coming in and now I don't have to put those to salsa and can make other fun things!

I added about 7 jalapenos to the recipe and replaced honey with brown sugar. I also doubled-ish this recipe and got 22 pints of salsa. Enjoy!

EASY AND DELICIOUS FALAFEL RECIPE
DELICIOUS SAMOSA RECIPE
Remember to taste it at all stages of the process. If the tomatoes you use are not so sweet, you may need to add 1/2 a tea spoon of sugar to balance the flavour ????
Ingredients:
500g - Cherry Tomatoes
5-6 Fresh Green Chillis
5-6 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup - Fresh Coriander / Cilantro
1 tsp - Malden Salt or Sea Salt
1/4 tsp - Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
50ml - Olive Oil
1/2 tsp - Sugar (optional if the sweetness needs a little help)

Healthy and homemade fresh fire roasted salsa! Delicious family recipe that is a favorite. I enjoyed this recipe as a child and today my children enjoy it! Whole food and plant based vegan recipe that everyone will enjoy!
7 raw chopped tomatoes, 7 blackened tomatoes (Roma tomatoes are my favorite for salsa but in the video I used vine tomatoes)
1 chopped onion
1 bunch cilantro
8 cloves garlic
juice of 2 lemons
1 large jalapeno
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt (optional)
10 dried chile arbol peppers
Chop all the raw tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, and combine in large bowl.
Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture.
Blacken or roast the tomatoes in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Get the skins as dark as possible to give a roasted flavor. Then set aside to cool
To roast the chile peppers, get the pan as hot as possible and then take outside. Add the chile peppers to the hot pan and darken . Take extreme caution to not breathe the fumes in from the peppers. I wait until all the smoke is clear before bringing the pan back into the house.
Blend the roasted tomatoes and chiles together in a blender.
Add the blend to the fresh chopped ingredients and mix well.
Serve with your favorite chip and enjoy!
