S'mores Brownies Recipe
S'mores Brownies from Brownie Mix are gooey, chocolatey, and sure to please everyone.
Equipment
9x9-inch pan
Ingredients
For the brownie base (see package)
brownie mix about 18 ounces
eggs room temp & lightly beaten
water sub:milk, buttermilk, or coffee
oil (canola, olive, or other vegetable oils)
½ teaspoon instant coffee or ¼ teaspoon espresso powder optional
For the s'mores
8 graham crackers cut into small pieces; divided
2 cups marshmallows
1 chocolate bar cut into small pieces
Instructions
1. Make the brownie batter and combine most of the graham cracker pieces (about 6 pieces) into the batter.
2. Spread it evenly on a 9x9-inch pan and bake according to package instructions.
3. Add the marshmallows and remaining graham crackers on top.
4. Broil it on low until marshmallows are lightly toasted, about 2 minutes. Watch it closely as you do this.
5. While still hot, top with chocolate pieces.
6. Let it set for at least an hour in the fridge before cutting.

S’mores Brownies are chewy, moist and ooey gooey good!
This easy recipe combines brownie mix with graham crackers, marshmallows for a decadent dessert nobody can resist!
Perfect for game day, parties, holidays and everyday indulgences.
*Time - 1 hr.
*Servings - 20
Ingredients
18 oz. brownie mix, 1 box
ingredients called for on cake mix box, oil, egg etc.
6 graham cracker sheets, 4 oz.
6 oz. milk chocolate bars, Hershey's or similar (see note)
16 large marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a 9x13 inch rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, make brownie mix according to package directions.
Pour HALF of the brownie batter into prepared baking dish, and spread into a smooth layer using a spatula.
Gently place graham cracker pieces on top of the batter to cover.
Place chocolate bars on top of graham crackers to cover loosely.
Place marshmallows on top of chocolate spaced evenly around the dish.
Drizzle the remaining brownie batter over top of the marshmallows and chocolate.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes in the pan. Serve and enjoy!

S'MORES BROWNIES RECIPE
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1/3 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon sea salt
1 Cup white sugar
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/4 Cup butter (melted and cooled)
2 Large eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
24 Graham crackers
1/4 Cup dark chocolate chunks
1 Cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F/175C. In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Whisk until well combined. In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl if using a whisk or a hand mixer, combine sugar, oil and butter. Mix on low for about 30 seconds until combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and continue mixing on low for about 2minutes or until the mixture is pale and the ingredients are well combined. Add in your dry mixture and using a spatula gently fold until the mixture is just combined and no streaks of flour remain. Add in the chocolate chips and give it another quick stir.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. You want this parchment to extend up to the top of the pan along all sides. Place a layer of graham crackers and then pour the brownie batter on top. Use your spatula to spread it as evenly as possible, ensuring that you get it to all of the corners. Bake for 18-22 minutes. While the brownies bake, chop up your dark chocolate and the remaining graham crackers. Remove your brownies from the oven and switch to the broil setting at a temperature of 445F/230C. Ensure that your rack is in the center position.
Place 1/2 of the graham cracker pieces on the top of the brownies followed by all of the mini marshmallows. Add 1/2 of the chocolate chunks, and the remaining graham cracker pieces, followed by the remaining chocolate. Bake for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully and removing as soon as the marshmallows are nice and toasted and just golden brown. Allow 1-2 hours for the brownies to fully cool before slicing.

S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Recipe:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 stick or 4oz salted butter
3/4 brown sugar
1/4 cup white or granulated sugar
1 egg plus 1 yolk
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 graham crackers, crushed
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, white sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and then add the egg and egg yolk. Mix it well until everything is smooth, glossy, and lava like. Add the kosher salt, baking soda, vanilla extract and mix again. Add the flour, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers then mix well.
Transfer to a lined 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes just until it's barely cooked but the top is starting to look firm. Pull from the oven and add another layer of marshmallows - i usually do like a handful and handful of chocolate chips on top. Put it back into the oven and bake for another 5-6 minutes or until the top of marshmallows look golden brown and puffy. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. If you want them to be firmer bars, let them cool for about an hour. Either way, cut and enjoy!! I like them warm and gooey but they're SO good firm too - the perfect cookie smores treat!!

How to Make S'mores Brownies
S'mores brownies are topped with gooey marshmallows, broken up pieces of graham crackers, and chunks of chocolate. This recipe is very easy since you can use a boxed brownie mix to make these. Kids can also help prepare the toppings for these s'mores brownies. Feel free to add more or less marshmallows, graham crackers, or chocolate chunks. No need for a campfire when you have these s'mores brownies!
Ingredients
1 box of brownie mix (or make homemade brownies)
2 cups marshmallows
1 sleeve of regular graham crackers
2 regular sized Hershey bars
Directions
1. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix. You can use a box brownie mix or make brownies from scratch. Follow the directions on the box mix or use the ingredients called for in your homemade recipe. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan. Bake the brownies in the oven following the directions on the boxed mix or from the recipe you are using. Only bake the brownies half the time that is listed in the directions.
2. While the brownies are baking, prep the topping ingredients so it's ready to add quickly to the brownies. You can use miniature or large marshmallows depending on what you have or can find in stores. Break apart one sleeve of graham crackers into small pieces and break apart a chocolate bar. I used two regular sized Hershey chocolate bars, but feel free to add more or less of these ingredients to the brownies.
3. Add all the toppings to the brownies quickly so the brownies do not cool off. Use a spatula and make sure the entire top of the brownies are covered with the toppings. Place the brownie pan back in the oven and continue baking the brownies for the remaining baking time. Let cool for around 10-15 minutes before eating.
