Best Breakfast Casserole Recipe | Farmers Casserole
Ingredients
Shredded Potatoes (3 cups)
Monterey Jack cheese (3/4 cup)
Fully cooked Cubed ham (1 cup)
Chopped Green Onion (1/4 cup)
Large Eggs (4)
Evaporated milk 1 can (12 Oz)
Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
Salt (1/8 Tsp)
1. Wash, peel, and shred your potatoes. The type of potatoes you use depends on you. Starchy potatoes tend to turn out crispier while waxy potatoes hold their shape better. I like to use Yukon gold potatoes. Press all the liquid out of the shredded potatoes, season with salt & pepper.
2. Lay the potatoes out in an 8- inch baking dish and sprinkle over cheese, ham and spring onions.
3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Then pour the mixture into the baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
4. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to baking. 5. preheat oven to 350°F and bake the casserole uncovered for 55-60 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

Shredded Chicken Sliders Step-by-Step
1. First to make the bbq sauce; Combine all the sauce ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
2. Next to poach the chicken breasts; Place your skillet or frying pan onto heat and add olive oil.
3. Brown chicken on all sides, add chicken stock and cover it. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit.
