How To make Chicken Casserole, Lone Star
2 Chickens--breasts, thighs, &
Drumsticks from both Flour, salt, & pepper mixed Ginger to taste 6 Carrots, peeled & quartered
4 tb Margarine
2 tb Flour
1 c Water
1 (10-3/4) can beef bouillon
1 tb Catsup
1 tb Worscestershire sauce
2 Bay leaves
6 Small, peeled onions
6 Potatoes, peeled & quartered
8 oz Mushrooms, sauteed
1 (8 oz) can english peas
Mix flour, salt, pepper and ginger and dredge chicken pieces in the seasoned flour. Brown the floured chicken in a skillet with 4 tablespoons of melted margarine. Remove pieces when brown and save the drippings. Put chicken pieces in a large casserole. Add flour to the drippings, making a paste. Stir in water, beef bouillon, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and whole onions. Pour over chicken and bake at 350~F. degrees for 45 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms. Bake 35 minutes more. Add peas and bake 10 minutes longer. SERVES 6 ~--

Smoked Chicken Enchilada Casserole with Ray & Stevie | REC TEC Grills
Coat boneless skinless chicken thighs with olive oil and season with Ben's Heffer Dust
Grill at 500ºF for 10 min. per side
Coat 1 onion (sliced), 1 jalapeno (halved), 1 red bell pepper (quartered), and 1 green bell pepper (quartered) in olive oil and season with Ben's Heffer Dust
Grill at 500 for 7-10 min. per side
Rough chop grilled chicken
Chop grilled veggies
Combine with 1 can of Rotel, 1/4 cup of your favorite salsa, and the juice of 1 lime.
Add more Ben's Heffer Dust
Grill small flour tortillas for about a minute at 350.
Layer in the following order:
enchilada sauce
tortillas
chicken/veggie mixture
enchilada sauce
cheddar cheese
tortillas
chicken mixture
enchilada sauce
cheddar cheese
Mexican blend cheese
Bake casserole at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown

This is one of the easiest King Ranch chicken Casserole Recipes I've see. thanks to my Subscriber for requesting it. Very delicious and can be tweaked to your liking.

Texas Ranch Chicken Casserole
This creamy casserole is packed with flavor and is sure to be a hit with your family!
Ingredients
1 onion (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (undrained)
1 Tablespoon chili powder
12 corn tortillas (cut into 1-inch strips and divided)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, saute onion, green pepper and red pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic and saute an additional minute. Stir in chicken, soups, tomatoes and chili powder.
Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with half of the tortilla strips.
Top with half of the chicken mixture and 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

How To Make Chicken Sliders | BBQ Shredded Chicken Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
Slider Buns (12)
Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
BBQ Sauce (1 Cup)
Red Onion, Sliced (1/4)
Grated Mozzarella (1 Cup)
Smoked Gouda (1/2 cup)
Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp)
Butter (2 Tbsp)
Ground Pepper
Shredded Chicken Sliders Step-by-Step
1. First to make the bbq sauce; Combine all the sauce ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
2. Next to poach the chicken breasts; Place your skillet or frying pan onto heat and add olive oil.
3. Brown chicken on all sides, add chicken stock and cover it. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit.
4. Remove the Chicken into a large bowl, then use two forks to pull it apart. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Add BBQ sauce to the chicken and mix well.
6. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a baking tray big enough to hold all the slider buns. Lay the bottom half into the tray.
7. Into the sliders lay chicken evenly. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, red onion, gouda, and 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro across the chicken topped sliders.
8. Place the top buns on top of the sliders. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
9. While baking, melt the butter. Add remaining cilantro and set aside.
10. Remove foil from the pan. Brush each bun with butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, for another ten minutes, until tops are golden.
