4 lb Chicken 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms
16 oz Bottle Italian Dress 2 x Garlic Cloves
6 c White Wine 4 cn Chicken Gravy (10 1/
Wash and trim mushrooms and cut in half. In large casserole dish, com chicken, mushrooms, whole garlic cloves, wine and dressing. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken and mushrooms and measure 2 cups of marinade. Pour remaining marinade into another container. Return chicken and mushrooms to casserole. Mix 2 cups marinade with cans of gravy and pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degree for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot over rice, potatoes or biscuits. Note 1: Remaining marinade can be frozen for later use as marinade fo barbeque. -----

►1 pound fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
►1 medium onion, finely diced
►3 garlic cloves, minced

►3 Tbsp unsalted butter
►3 Tbsp all-purpose flour for the sauce
►1½ cups chicken broth
►1 Tbsp lemon juice
►1 cup half and half (or ½ cup milk + ½ cup heavy cream)

6 Chicken Breast
1 cup | Yogurt
1 tsp | Red chilli powder
1 tsp | Black pepper powder
1 tsp | Salt
3 tbs | Olive oil
1 tbs | Soya sauce
1 tbs | Chopped garlic
Mix well
Put Chicken breast in the sauce
Put in the fridge for an hour
4 or 5| Mushroom slices
2 Large | Potato slices
Sprinkle salt & pepper
Add mushroom slices
Then chicken breast
Preheated oven bake for at 350°F for 45min
Add mozzarella cheese
Return it to the oven until the cheese melts
Ready to Serve
