How To make Chilli Chicken
125 g Butter
Or ghee (1/8 lb) 1 tb Cinnamon
2 ts Cardamon
1 t Black pepper
1 t Cloves
3 cl Garlic - crushed
4 Onions finely sliced
1 tb Finely chopped ginger
1 kg Chicken pieces (2.2 lb)
Thigh fillets 2 c Plain yoghurt
1 t Chilli powder
1 t Salt
1/4 ts Saffron
1 c Coconut cream
3 tb Slivered roasted almonds
Fry cinnamon, cardamon, pepper and cloves. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring to prevent burning. Toss through the chicken, and cook a further 5 minutes. Combine chilli, yoghurt, salt, and saffron and add to the chicken. Cook until tender. Add coconut cream and almonds, and cook further 5 minutes to allow sauce to reduce. Chilli Chicken Recipe:
Chicken Boneless - 250 grams
Batter:
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Oil - To Deep fry
Chilli Paste:
Dried Red Chilli - 6 nos
Water - 1 Cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Chilli Sauce:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Green Chilli (roughly chopped) - 1 no
Onion (cubed) - 1 no
Capsicum (cubed) - 1 no
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Water - ¼ Cup
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Bring 1 Cup of water to a boil. Add the red chillies and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add the cooked red chillies to the mixer grinder and grind it into a smooth paste.
3. In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil. Add the ground chilli paste. Cook this until the oil separates from the chilli paste.
4. In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper and water. Mix to form a batter to deep-fry the chicken pieces.
5. Add chicken pieces to the batter.
6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces for around 3-4 mins or until it is cooked. Keep Aside.
7. In another pan, to make Chilli sauce, heat oil, add the chopped garlic and ginger. Saute this until the garlic turns golden brown. Add the chopped green chilli.
8. Add the cubed onions and cubed capsicum and continue to saute for a minute.
9. Add the chilli paste, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
10. Mix 2 tsp of cornflour in ¼ cup of water to form a slurry.
11. Add the cornflour slurry to the pan.
12. Mix well, once the sauce is in the desired consistency, add the batter-fried chicken cubes and toss for a minute.
13. Add the chopped spring onions and remove from heat.
14. Serve hot as an appetizer.

????Chicken - 1/2 kg
Marinate with
????Maida - 2 tbsp
????Corn flour - 2 tbsp
????Salt - as needed
????Pepper - to taste
????Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
????Egg - 1
????Oil - for frying
In a pan
????Oil - 2 tbsp
????Ginger Garlic Chopped - 2 tbsp
????Celery chopped - 1 tbsp
????Spring onion {white part} - 3 tbsp
????Onion Cubes - 1 cup
????Capsicum cubes - 1/2 cup
????Green Chilly slits - 5 to 7
????Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
????Red/Green chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
????Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
????Hot Water - 1 cup
????Vinegar - 1 tsp
????Sugar - 1 tsp (opt)
????Corn Flour - 2 tbsp mixed in half glass water/chicken stock
Add in the fried chicken and mix well.

The Best Crispy Chilli Chicken Recipe | Spicy Chilli Chicken
This delicious Chinese Crispy Chilli Chicken made with fried chicken strips tossed with delicious spicy-sweet, honey chilli sauce. You can create Chinese takeaway-style crispy chilli chicken at home with simple ingredients!
Full Detail Recipe ▶
???? Ingredients
▢350 g Chicken breast ( about 12oz ) cut into thin strips about
▢1 Egg white
▢1 cup Corn starch
▢1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
▢2 tsp Oil
▢Oil for frying Vegetable or neutral flavour oil
Chicken Marinade
▢1 tbsp Light soy sauce
▢1 tsp Garlic paste or finely grated garlic
▢1 tsp Sesame oil
▢2 tsp Sugar
▢½ tsp White pepper or black pepper
Chilli Sauce Mixture
▢3 tbsp Sriracha sauce Or hot chilli sauce ( see details in note )
▢2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
▢2 tbsp Honey Or sugar
▢1 tbsp Lime
▢¼ tsp Chilli flakes optional
Garnish
▢1 Red chili pepper cut thin slices
▢2 Spring onions cut thin slices
???? Instruction
Place the chicken strips in a bowl and marinade for 10-15 minutes. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set it aside.
Next, add egg white into the chicken and mix it well. Then add the corn starch and coat each chicken piece. ( Add more corn starch if needed. )
Deep fry the coated chicken pieces and set aside for 4-5 minutes. Then fry it again for another 2-3 minutes until crispy golden.
Sauté the chopped garlic for few seconds. Then pour the sauce mixture in and stir for few seconds, place the fried chicken strips back in the wok.
Combine the sauce and chicken pieces well and sprinkle fresh chilli slices and spring onions.
Transfer to serving plate and serve immediately.
