Crispy Golden Fried Prawns | How to make Golden Fried Prawns | Fried Shrimp | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
12 no prawns
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper crush
3 tsp all purpose flour for coating
2 tbsp all purpose flour for better
3 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp chilli paste
1 tsp oil
.600 ml oil for frying
1 cup sugar
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp chop ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar

कुरकुरे स्वीटकार्न के लिये आवश्यक सामग्री
Ingredients for Crispy Sweet Corn
स्वीटकॉर्न - Sweet Corn - 2 Cup
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
कॉर्न फ्लोर - Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
मैदा - Refined Flour - 4 tbsp
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
मक्खन - Butter - 1 tsp
अदरक - Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 1 tsp, finely chopped
टमाटर सॉस - Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
कशमीरी लाल मिर्च - Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
नमक - Salt - 1/3 tsp
चाट मसाला - Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
नींबू का रस - Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves

Getting ready
Put water in the pan and let it come to a boil. When water comes to a boil, add sweet corn and salt. Boil them for 5-6 minutes while stirring them a couple of times. After the time is up, filter them and remove the water and put them in a bowl.
Directions
1. In a bowl of sweet corn, add corn flour and all purpose flour and mix it well.
2. When the flour coats the corn, sprinkle some water on it and mix it. Then again add corn flour and all purpose flour and mix it well. Keep mixing until a good coating of corn flour and all purpose flour comes on the corn.
3. When coated well, add salt and mix it well.
4. Now remove whatever flour is left at the bottom by sifting it. Or, shake the bowl a little, so that the dry flour will come down and the corn will come up. Now take out the corn on a plate and set it aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan, it should be low-medium hot and the flame should be low.
6. Now put half the sweet corn in the pan for frying. Cover them and let them fry like this for 2-3 minutes.
7. After 3 minutes, remove the lid and fry them on medium flame while stirring them at a time till they turn golden brown.
8. When turned golden brown, reduce the flame to low and keep it in a sieve, so that the extra oil gets removed. Fry the rest the same way.
9. Melt butter in a pan. When the butter melts, add grated ginger and finely chopped green chilli and fry it lightly.
10. Then reduce the flame to low and add tomato sauce, kashmiri red chilli and salt.
11. Mix them well and add fried sweet corn to it and mix it well.
12. Then add chaat masala and some green coriander and mix it.
13. Now at the end add lemon juice and mix it well. In this way crispy corn will be ready, serve them and enjoy their taste.
