✅Ingredients
Chocolate Bundt Cake
• butter and flour for coating and dusting the pan
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup warm water or coffee
• ⅔ cup buttermilk
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
• 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
• ⅔ cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup
✅Instructions
Chocolate Bundt Cake
1️⃣ 00:12 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use butter to grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan well. Dust with a little flour or cocoa powder and tap out the excess.
2️⃣ 01:39 - Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined.
3️⃣ 02:03 - Add eggs, warm water, buttermilk, sour cream, oil, and vanilla. Use a hand mixer to beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ 02:46 - Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times to allow any air bubbles to escape.
5️⃣ 02:53 - Bake for 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6️⃣ 03:01 - Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn out onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
1️⃣ 03:15 - Place roughly chopped chocolate into a mixing bowl. Pour heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
2️⃣ 03:32 - Once cream comes to a simmer, remove it from the heat immediately and pour over chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes, until chocolate is completely melted.
3️⃣ 03:45 - Stir until smooth. Once smooth, stir in corn syrup. Drizzle over the top of the cooled cake.

Celebrity Recipe Review: Joanna Gaines Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake - Valentines Dessert
Joanna Gaines shared her sweetest valentines day recipe recently for her Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake. Let us tell you, the first ingredient is boxed Devil's Food Cake mix and we were like yup this is a winner. Add a couple extra touches to this easy recipe and we were falling in love! This is one of the moistest, chocolatiest, prettiest and easiest desserts we made that looks like we spent hours in the kitchen. Another brilliant and easy dessert from the lifestyle queen herself, we can't wait to share this with someone we love on Valentines Day...or make for yourself on a Wednesday it's that good and easy :)

For the recipe referenced in today's video:
QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. If you like the glossiness of the glaze on its own, don't dust the powder sugar over it. It's a preference!
2. Make sure to pour the glaze immediately from the stove to get that beautiful spillover. If it cools down, it will get clumpy.
3. The strawberries are also a preference. Put them in the middle, put them on the side or cut and serve with your cake. But the pop of color is gorgeous plus what's valentines without strawberries and chocolate?

Betty's Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake, Recipe by Lanna Wirch
Betty demonstrates how to make an elegant Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake. This cake contains a yellow cake mix, coconut cream pudding mix, applesauce, crushed Heath bars, semisweet chocolate chips, and pecans. This recipe was sent in by Lanna Wirch. Thank you, Miss Lanna!
Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small package coconut cream pudding mix
½ cup applesauce
½ cup water
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup finely-chopped Heath bar candy bar (or ¾ cup Heath bit-of-brickle)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, instant coconut cream pudding mix, applesauce, water, and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes on medium-high speed. Fold in sour cream, chopped Heath bar pieces, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans. Pour cake batter into well-buttered Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) until a knife inserted into the deepest part comes out clean, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes before removing it.
Topping: Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on top or drizzle white glaze over the cake after it cools. White glaze: 1 cup confectioner’s sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract, and 2 tablespoons (or more) of milk to make the glaze runny for drizzling.
Note: Cover the cake after it is removed from the pan, so that the moisture stays in while it cools. Keep it covered in a Tupperware dish to maintain that moisture for storage. This cake is best served warm (right out of the oven) or the next day after absorbing all the moisture.
Enjoy! --Betty :) Many thanks to Lanna Wirch, for the great recipe!
