How To make Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
-SVCB33B 1 c Semi-sweet choc. bits
6 oz Cream cheese -- softened
1/8 ts Salt
2 Eggs separated
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Heavy cream
1 1/2 c Graham Cracker crumbs
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 Square unsweetened choc. mel
1/3 c Butter
Melt choc. chips over hot water. Let cool about 10 mins. (any longer and they will stiffen) Whip cream cheese and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1/2 cup brown sugar; cream this thoroughly Blend in
egg yolk; one at a time,beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and choc. to mixture and beat thoroughly. Beat egg whites into soft peaks. Gradually add remaining sugar and beat until stiff and glossy. Fold Choc mixture into egg whites. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust (follows) and chill overnight. Chocolate Crumb Crust: Combine crumbs and sugar, add choc. and butter,blending thoroughly. Pat mixture to the bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Pecan Cream Pie | Thanksgiving Dessert
Today I’m making Pecan Cream Pie! This fluffy and nutty pie will be the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving dessert table!

Pecan Cream Pie
(adapted from togetherasfamily.com)
1 (9-in.) chocolate nut pie crust (you can also use a graham cracker crust or a pre-baked and cooled traditional pie crust)
1 c. heavy whipping cream
¼ c. powdered sugar
2 bricks (16 oz. total) cream cheese, room temperature
½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. maple syrup
2 c. finely chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. In a separate, larger bowl, add the cream cheese, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Use the hand mixer to beat this together until smooth. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add 1 ½ c. of the chopped pecans and fold in until just combined. Spread the filling evenly into the pie crust. Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving. ENJOY!

KETO CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE
Crust
1 ¼ cup almond flour
3 tablespoons coconut flour
¼ cup Cacao Bliss or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Filling
1 cup powdered erythritol
4 eggs
7 oz sugar free chocolate, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered erythritol sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
1️⃣ 01:04 - Add all ingredients for the crust to a food processor and pulse until coarse crumbles form.
2️⃣ 02:34 - Press into a greased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until crust starts to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
3️⃣ 02:58 - To make the chocolate filling, whisk together powdered sweetener and eggs in a saucepan over low medium heat, stirring constantly. Heat until the egg mixture reaches 150-160 degrees or until it coats the back of a spoon. Don’t over cook or your eggs will curdle. Remove from the heat and stir in melted chocolate and vanilla. Set aside.
4️⃣ 04:32 - In a large bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the cooled chocolate mixture and mix until light and fluffy.
5️⃣ 04:57 - In a separate medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until combined.
6️⃣ 05:31 - Pour chocolate mixture over pie crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
7️⃣ 05:55 - To make the topping, whip heavy cream, sweetener and vanilla on high using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Scoop on top of chocolate layer and spread evenly. Top with grated sugar free chocolate.
