Biscuits - 100 g (3,5 oz)
Melted butter - 70 g (2,5 oz)
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Greek yogurt (unflavored unsweetened yogurt) - 500 g (17,5 oz)
Dark chocolate - 100 g (3,5 oz)
Sugar - 100 g (3,5 oz)
Vanilla sugar - 2 teaspoons
Gelatin - 15 g (0,5 oz)
Milk - 50 g (1,7 oz)
Crushed hazelnuts - 50 g (1,7 oz)
Whole hazelnuts - 50 g (1,7 oz)

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CHEESECAKE #shorts
FULL RECIPE
Crust
• 9oz chocolate graham crackers
• 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, melted
Ingredients
• 32oz cream cheese (at room temp)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup hazelnut butter
• 3.5oz melted dark chocolate
Preparation
• Preheat your oven to 400°F
• Mix your graham cracker crumbs and butter, then spread across evenly in a springform cake pan.
• Use a food processor to blend your hazelnuts until the butter forms
• In a large bowl, whip your cream cheese, hazelnut butter, melted chocolate, sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy
• Add in your eggs and heavy cream, mix until smooth and creamy
• Pour your cheesecake mix into the prepared crust and bake for 40 minutes!
• Let cool completely and refrigerate over night
• Slice, serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake
Recipe
100g biscuits crumbs
30g desiccated coconut
45g hazelnuts, chopped
60g butter, melted
500g cream cheese
160g caster sugar
50ml orange juice
zest of 1 orange
3 tsp gelatine, dissolved in 60ml boiling water
100g dark chocolate, melted
250ml cream, whipped
1. Combine the biscuit crumbs, coconut, hazelnuts and butter in a bowl and stir till combined. Press into a lined 22cm springform tin. Refrigerate until needed.
2. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the juice, zest and gelatine, mix till combined. Mix in the melted chocolate, then fold through the whipped cream.
3. Pour the mixture into the springform tin. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until set. Decorate with extra chocolate and hazelnuts.
