How To make Chocolate Lover's Cake
2 Margarine
1 pt Sugar
6 Eggs
2 c Cake flour
1/2 c Cocoa
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
Fudge frosting: 1/4 c Cocoa
1 Margarine
2 tb Milk
1 qt Powdered sugar; approx.
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped pecans
Recipe by: Shirley Schwaegerle Preheat oven to 375. Thoroughly grease two 9" cake pans. Cream margarine until fluffy; add sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift flour with cocoa, salt and baking powder. Mix baking soda into sour cream. Add dry ingredients to margarine-egg mixture alternately with sour cream mixture. Blend in vanilla. Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake about 30 minutes. Remove cakes from pans and cool completely. Cut each layer across making 4 thin layers. Prepare frosting: mix cocoa, margarine and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and gradually beat in powdered sugar until thick and smooth. Blend in vanilla. Frost between layers and on top, leaving sides uniced. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. -----

For all Chocolate Lovers! A Must Try Recipe! Moist, airy, fluffy mega chocolate cake!
Hi Friends, lets bake a chocolate cake! It is super simple recipe, simple ingredients with a great result! The cake is soo airy, fluffy and moist at the same time with rich chocolate taste!
Ingredients:
100 grams of soft unsalted butter
200 grams of white sugar
100 grams of high fat(25%) sour cream
100gr of milk(4% or higher % fat)
2 large eggs
180 grams all purpose flour
40 grams cocoa powder
vanilla sugar(powder)-5 grams or 2 tsp of vanilla extract
10 grams of baking powder
for the chocolate glaze:
130 grams of dark chocolate(I used a mix of milk and dark chocolate)
30 grams of butter
and 2-3 tbsp of milk
Use water bath or microwave to melt chocolate with butter
Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes. Butter and flour(or use cocoa powder) for the pan, so that your cake does not stick. Pour the glaze once the cake cools down a bit.

Ingredients:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
Cake pan size = 6 inch* 3 inch.
All purpose flour - 1cup (120 grams)
Cocoa powder - ½cup (60 grams)
Sugar - 1cup (200 grams)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Egg - 1
Oil or melted butter - ¼cup (60 ml)
Buttermilk - ½cup (120ml)
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Warm water - ½cup (120ml)
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C. Butter cake rounds.
2.Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3.Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
4.Fill pan with cake batter.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F or 180 C , until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes and allow to cool completely.
