How To make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Ala Weight Watchers
2 tb Chunky peanut butter
1 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1. In a small heatproof bowl, combine peanut butter and chocolate;
place bowl in medium heatproof bowl and fill the medium bowl with boiling water. Let stand, stirring frequently until chocolate is melted and well-combined. 2. Set 8 fluted paper candy liners on a serving platter; using a
teaspoon, spoon 1/8 of the chocolate mixture into each liner. Cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until candies are firm.

Today I made you sugar-free, fat-free, easy chocolate muffins. You can have it with coffee or tea in your snacks. While losing weight, you will be able to meet your sweet needs and lose weight in a fun way. Be sure to try the chocolate muffin, because it is very easy, very practical and very tasty ????
Sugar Free, Fat Free, Easy Chocolate Muffin
Materials:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 teaspoons carob extract or honey
1/2 cup of milk
Dark chocolate
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
For the above:
Dark chocolate
White chocolate
Preparation: First I beat the eggs. Then I add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of carob extract, 1 glass of milk, dark chocolate and mix it well. Finally, I add 1 glass of whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 packet of baking powder and put them in muffin cups. I bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. After my cakes have cooled, I decorate them with dark chocolate and white chocolate and it is ready. Enjoy your meal.

LINDA'S CHICKEN OLE'
Very easy, healthy spicy chicken and rice cauliflower dish. Lots of protein, low calorie, -0- WW point per huge serving. Makes 3 large servings. Sooooo good. ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast (-o- points)
* 1 can of corn (-0- points)
* Ro Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, Original 11 1/2 oz can (-0- points)
* 2 cups-Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower (or any other brand) (-0- points)
* 1 onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
Salt and pepper chicken breast then fry in a large skillet with a little bit of olive oil over medium heat. Cover skillet and flip a few times until cooked, or buy cubed chicken breasts already cooked. Remove chicken and cut it up in dice size pieces and set aside for now. In the skillet, Add 1 cup of largely diced onion into skillet and lightly saute. Add the Rotel tomatoes and 1 cup of drained canned corn (or frozen corn), then add the cauliflower rice and stir around lightly. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring often. Add diced cooked chicken and stir together.Simmer together for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!

Cook veggies until softened. Add eggs and meat and scramble. Fill pita pockets with egg mixture and top with cheese!
