No Bake Haystack Cookies Recipe are Sweet, Crunchy, and so Fun to Make!
Easy, chocolate-y NO BAKE Haystack Cookies are made in minutes with just a THREE ingredients. Add these to your Christmas cookie tray for an extra crunch, or make them in the summer when you want a sweet treat but don't want to use your oven.
Instructions Combine the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the chocolate and butterscotch in the microwave at full power for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for 30 second increments until smooth. Add the chow mein noodles to a large bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over the noodles. Stir to coat. Spoon heaping tablespoons of the chow mein noodles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat mat. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired. Allow the cookies to set, approximately 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
