How To make Cinnamon Raisin Muffins
1 1/4 c Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/2 c Farina (Cream Of Wheat);
-Any Style 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Baking Powder
2 ts Ground Cinnamon
1 c Milk
1 lg Egg; Lightly Beaten
2 tb Margarine; Melted
1 ts Vanilla Extract
1 c Raisins
2 tb Fruit Juice; Any Flavor
Combine the flour, cereal, 1/4 cup of sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a medium sized bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the milk, egg, margarine, and vanilla, blending well, then stir into the dry ingredients, just until all are moistened. Stir in the raisins. Spoon the mixture into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 to 20
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, cool 10 minutes in the pan, then remove from the pan and brush the tops of the muffins with the fruit juice and roll them in the remaining sugar.

7g (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
14g (1 tbsp) sugar
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
8g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract.
50g (4 tbsp) sugar
3g (1 tsp) salt
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
1 large egg
Apple sauce or other fillings, cinnamon, raisins.

Roti Muffin Kismis Kayu Manis
(Setengah adonan menjadi 8 buah)
7g (2¼ sdt) ragi kering aktif
14g (1 sdm) gula pasir
250ml (1 cangkir) susu hangat
500g (4 cangkir) tepung serbaguna
8g (1 sdm) gula vanila atau 1 sdt ekstrak vanila.
50g (4 sdm) gula pasir
3g (1 sdt) garam
42g (3 sdm) mentega, lelehkan.
1 telur besar
Saus apel atau isian lainnya, kayu manis, kismis.

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
⅓ cup (75 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup (180 ml) whole milk, room temperature
For the topping
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Raisin Muffins
2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped raisins
1 egg slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend together egg and milk, add to dry ingredients. Stir until batter is moistened. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
