How To make Cinnamon Rolls 2
1/2 lb Sugar
3/4 tb Salt
1 c Shortening
2 tb Shortening
5 Eggs
3 c Milk
1 1/2 oz Yeast
6 tb Water
3 lb Flour
1/4 ts Vanilla
Mix together sugar, salt, and shortening. Add eggs, milk and yeast dissolved in water. Blend. Add flour and vanilla and mix approximately 4 mins. or until a smooth dough is formed. Let rise for approximately 2 hours. Punch and let rest 20 mins. Divide dough into pieces of 1 1/4 lb. each. Round up and let rest 10 mins. Roll out each piece into a rectangular sheet 1/4 inch thick and 12 inches wide. Brush with melted
butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon-sugar-nut mix Raisins may be added if desired. Roll as for jelly roll and seal. Cut into pieces 1 inch wide. Place cut surface down on greased baking sheets 1/2 inch apart. Let rise until pieces are double in size. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 15 mins. Ice while warm. Makes 6-7 dozen. Cinnamon Sugar Mix 2 1/4 cups sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp shortening Blend all ingredients together well. ICING Mix together over low heat: 2 cups sifted powdered sugar, 3 tblsps. margarine, a little warm milk to achieve icing consistency and 1 tsp. maple flavoring. Ice and sprinkle ground nuts on top. -----

Cinnamon Roll Cake | Small Batch | 2-4 people
It has all the flavor of a cinnamon roll but in cake form. There is no waiting for dough to rise!

Cake:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 plus 2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp beaten egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp melted butter
Cinnamon Topping:
3 Tbsp softened butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp flour
1/4 Tbsp cinnamon
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a small 3 cup baking dish and set aside.
In a medium size bowl combine all the cake ingredients in the order listed. Do not use the whole egg, use only 2 Tbsp of beaten egg.
Pour batter into greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients and mix together until well combined and smooth,
Drop topping by small spoonfuls (about 1 tsp ) onto the top of the cake batter.
Take a knife and cut through the mixture, allowing cinnamon to incorporate into the batter. Do it lengthwise and widthwise.
Bake for 24-25 minutes.
While baking mix together the glaze.
In a small bowl combined glaze ingredients and stir until smooth and a nice glazing/drizzling consistency.
Remove cake from oven and allow to cool partially before adding glaze otherwise the glaze will melt into the cake.
Drizzle glaze over the top and enjoy!

Easy Lightened Up Cinnamon Rolls | WW (Weight Watchers) Friendly Recipe ????Holiday Baking!????
I made these easy WW cinnamon rolls for the first time and thought they were really good. They start with the 2 ingredient pizza dough and with a couple of additions, you have delicious, easy cinnamon rolls that come together in minutes! WW Points, Calories & Macros included down in the description box!

Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp plus 1/4 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
butter spray (optional)
Combine flour and 2 Tbsp powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. In an medium mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups yogurt, egg, and Tbsp vanilla. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture and stir until dough forms. Knead dough on floured surface for about 2 minutes. Roll dough out on piece of parchment paper into about a 12X9 rectangle. Spray dough with butter spray then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on dough. Roll dough tightly lengthwise and cut into 1 inch slices. Place slices in a 11X7 inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake in oven at 350 for 22-25 minutes. To make glaze, combine remaining powdered sugar, yogurt and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over rolls once they have cooled for about 10 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls Recipe in gr and cups:
- 360 gr of All Purpose Flour ( 2 3/4 cup flour )
- 50 gr White Sugar ( 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp Salt ( add it while the dough is mixing)
- 50gr melted Butter ( 1/2 STICK)
- 180 gr Warm Milk ( 3/4 cup )
- 1 Medium Egg ( If you don't eat eggs, you can substitue the egg for 2 additional tbsp of milk)
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet dry yeast)
If the dough is a bit sticky you can add 1-2 tbsp additional flour (DO NOT add more than that though, the dough must be soft. Check video for consistency)
Filling:
- 60 gr Butter (1/2 stick)
- 100 gr Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 100 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 1/2 cup Cream Cheese)
- 40 gr Powdered Sugar ( 1/3 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Splash of Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk.)
If you want more glaze, double the glaze recipe.
