How To make Low Fat Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
Dough
:
1/2
cup
water, (70 to 80 degrees)
1
each
pear baby food, (4 oz jar)
2
each
egg whites
1/2
teaspoon
salt
2
cup
bread flour
1
cup
whole-wheat flour
3
tablespoon
sugar
1
tablespoon
milk, nonfat, dry powder
2
teaspoon
bread machine yeast
Filling
:
1
tablespoon
honey
1/4
cup
brown sugar, packed
2
teaspoon
cinnamon, ground
1/2
cup
raisins
Icing
:
1/2
cup
powdered sugar (sift before measuring)
1-2
teaspoon
milk
1/4
teaspoon
vanilla
Directions:
Measure all dough ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer, adding baby food with liquids.
Process in dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine and place on lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Using a rolling pin, shape dough into a 14x10 inch rectangle.
To prepare filling: Brush honey on dough. Evenly sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Beginning at long end, roll up tightly; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Place, cut sides up, in greased 9 inch round cake pan or 7x11 inch baking pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake rolls for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; let cool on wire rack.
To make icing: In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Drizzle on rolls.

MAKING LOW CALORIE CINNAMON ROLLS.. Fail? (82 calories each)
Hi everyone :) In todays video I am attempting to make low calorie yogurt based cinnamon rolls! They are super easy to make, not a huge amount of ingredients and tasty.. if you make them right :') Hope you enjoy! xx
Ingredients:
Dough - 80g Self Raising Flour (save some to dust the surface).105g of fat free/low fat greek yogurt. 1 teaspoon of sweetener/sugar.
Cinnamon Filling: 5g butter, cinnamon and sweetener/sugar.
Drizzle/Icing: 5-7g of the same yogurt, 5ml milk/almond milk, 5g of sugar/sweetener.
Bake on 180 degree fan over for a total of 20 minutes (keep checking them after 15 minutes).
(409 calories for everything above, 76.8g carbs, 3g fat, 18.7g protein)

Today, I'll be showing you how to make the fluffiest cinnamon rolls ever that are also way healthier than the ones from Cinnabon or other store bought kinds. The incredible combination of cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter really shine through here making them perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or dessert!
Because this recipe uses a lot less butter and sugar than what you'll find out there, they are much lighter and not overly sweet. They also use very common pantry ingredients and are super simple to make. The hardest part is waiting for them to rise, but that's what gives these rolls their well known soft, fluffy, and pillowy interior. This is truly a guilt-free cinnamon roll that will have your taste buds dancing!

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk, warmed
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon instant dry yeast (or active)

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
Glaze:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
