Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Buns (Niffler Family Recipe)
‘Ello loves! It has been a while and a half since we’ve cooked together. So let’s get this off right with some “Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Buns”. Or as the yanks call ‘em Cinnamon Rolls. This is Great Grandmother Niffler’s secret recipe, but when I told her you are all family, she insisted I share it. She made these every Samhain and Yule for the whole clan. Let me tell you, it has never disappointed. In the film itself I gave you lot the measurements for her standard recipe (Uncle Quiggly, the American that he is, insisted I use their weird foot measurements. But I’ll put the normal measurements below). Now, as I have to cater to a wide variety of magical creatures (who all have a bit of a sweet tooth) I double up on the ooey gooey topping just to make them extra scrumptious! But you can try either way. I’ve laid it all out in the video and I do strongly recommend using Rhodes Frozen Rolls, just because that is what she always did. Fun fact, people think Rhodes is a muggle company. Ha, as if! The buns are so good because they put a little magic in them! Tell me how they all turned out for you! And a small warning, you do NOT want to make caramel with the brown sugar sauce. You just want it to lightly combine, it will do the rest in the oven! Happy Holidays! Enjoy these with your loved ones. ❤️
