Venison Carne Asada
Deer and elk meat are delicious many ways, but a thin sliced venison steak marinated in Mexican style flavors is hard to best. Carne asada is a Mexican dish that utilizes lime juice, organge juice, and white wine vinegar, along with other fresh herbs, to tenderize meat. We compliment our carne asada with Mexican fried rice, fresh strawberry mojitos, and a tres leches cake.
