How To make Cranberry Cookies with Orange Glaze
1 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Butter, softened
1/4 c Milk
2 tb Orange juice
1 Egg
3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
2 1/2 c Coarsely chopped
-cranberries 1 c Chopped nuts
orange glaze:
1/2 c Butter
2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 ts Grated orange peel
2 To 4 tb orange juice
Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix sugars and butter in large bowl. Stir in milk, orange juice and egg. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown around the edges. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool. Drizzle with Orange Glaze. Orange Glaze: Heat butter in 2-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in powdered sugar and orange peel. Stir in orange juice, 1 tbsp. at a time, until thin enough to drizzle. Raisin Scones with Orange Glaze
This basic raisin scone is flaky and tender with a hint of orange flavor. If you like you can add some orange juice and orange zest to the batter to give it a stronger orange taste.
The most important thing to remember when baking scones is to keep the batter flaky. Always use cold butter and rub it into the flour , keeping the butter visible . Use your imagination add whatever you want to the batter, such as cranberries, blueberries or any kind of nuts or dried fruit.

2 Cups Unbleached Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Cold Butter - cut up
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Half and Half
1 Large Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar - for the glaze

Orange-glazed Cranberry bread is loaded with juicy cranberries with a moist and tender crumb. This stays moist for a few days after it’s made so it’s perfect as a homemade Christmas gift.

►6 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
►3/4 cup granulated sugar
►2 large eggs, room temperature
►1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
►1/2 Tbsp flour
ORANGE GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
►1 cup powdered sugar
►1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
►1 tsp orange zest, reserved from the orange above
