How To make Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake
1 c Finely crushed pretzels
-- (salted or unsalted) 1 tb Sugar
1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted
16 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 c Sugar
1/3 c European Style Cocoa
-(Hershey's) 2 Eggs
1 c Dairy sour cream
2 ts Vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In medium bowl, stir together crushed pretzels, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter. Press mixture onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 8 minutes; cool slightly. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour batter over crust. Bake 35 minutes. Turn off oven; leave cheesecake in oven 20 minutes without opening door. Remove from oven. With knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Cover; refrigerate. Garnish as desired. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake. 10 to 12 servings.
Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Squares Double ingredients above for pretzel crust. Press mixture firmly on bottom of buttered 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake as directed. Prepare cheesecake using recipe above. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are set (edges may crack slightly). Remove from oven. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cover; refrigerate. My creamy, fluffy, easy eggless chocolate cheesecake recipe is a perfect delicacy with a light and texture, all wrapped in a Choco shavings and loads of chocolates. Getting this no crack bake is easier than you think and it's so beautiful that you will not need any topping on this!

• 24 Pieces Chocolate Biscuits
• 50 Gr Butter
For making cream cheese
• 1 Litter Milk
• 1½ Tbsp Vinegar

Double Chocolate Cheesecake
If you love sweets, you will be head over heels for this rich, luscious double chocolate cheesecake recipe. The flavors in this decadent dessert are mind-blowing.
Chocolate cheesecake is a sweet dessert cake in a cookie crust that is baked until firm and then chilled. The texture of the cheesecake is rich, creamy, dense, and filling. To make this a double chocolate cheesecake, I used cocoa powder and chocolate chips in the batter and then covered them with chocolate ganache.
While this cake can be eaten by itself, I’ve taken the liberty to enhance it by topping it off with chocolate whipped cream and serving it with raspberry coulis. There are several ways to make this recipe, which will differ depending on who is making it. In no way is this a healthy dessert.

Ingredients for this recipe:
For the Filling:
• 24 ounces softened full-fat cream cheese
• 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
• ½ cup full-fat sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 eggs + 1 egg yolk room temperature large eggs
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon espresso powder
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3 tablespoons whole milk
For the Topping:
• 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• chocolate whipped cream
• raspberry coulis
