Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
4 eggs
1/4 cup all purpose flour or self rising(This amount yields a very runny batter. Use more flour if you want a thicker consistency or aren't concerned about carbs like I am)!
Mix all ingredients together in blender. Heat large pan on medium heat, melt some butter in pan (to keep it WW friendly, use cooking spray) and pour batter in the pan, in about 1/2 cup amounts for 4 smaller pancakes or 2/3 cup of batter, for 3 larger pancakes. I now have them factored in the recipe builder at 3 pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear and break. Flip then cook other side for about another minute.
FOR WW: Makes 3 large pancakes. 1 pancake is a servings. (I made 4 servings in this video but now do them at 3) WW Points per serving - 3 PTs. If you are a WW member click this link to take you to the recipe and Recipe builder➡

Nalysnyki (Ukrainian Crepes) with Cottage Cheese filling
First try at making this delectable favourite dish of my Ukrainian friends in my little community. I've developed this recipe according to my palette. This has gradually become an obsession making it a favourite side dish during the Holidays as it accompanies well with any roast. Thanks for your subscription, shares and likes. ❤️
Nalysnyki-Ukrainian Crepes with Cottage Cheese Filling
Stuffed with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
Crepes
3/4 cup flour
6 large Eggs
2 1/3 teaspoon sugar
2 cups skim milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup water
Method (mixer)
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients making sure it's well blended. With whisk attachment beat eggs until light and fluffy on medium speed. Add milk and mix. Add dry ingredients a little at a time while mixer is running on low. Make sure batter is light and thin. If batter is a bit thick adjust consistency with water. Cook on medium preheated griddle or electric frying pan. Add about two to three Tablespoons of batter and even off with swirling movement using back of spoon to thin while cooking on griddle. Ready when slightly browned and bubbles appear. No need to TURN if top is dry.
Cottage Cheese Filling
2 cups dry cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup cream
1/3 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2/3 teaspoon sugar
1 large egg
Method
MIX together until well combined and fill crepes. Store in a greased oven proof container. Pour cream sauce over and Cook in medium 350F oven for about 40 mins or until its bubbling.
Dill Sauce
1/3 cup butter
1 to 1/2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 1/2 cups cream
3 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
1 large onion finely diced
1/4 cup water
Method
Melt butter in a saucepan. On medium low heat. Sauté onions until golden brown. Add cream. Dilute corn starch in water and add slowly to sauce pan whisking slowly until well combined preventing lumps from forming. Lastly add finely chopped dill. Simmer until a thick liquid consistency. Pour over nalysnyky and bake in 350F oven until bubbling. Serve hot. Sauce should be enough for half the amount of nalysnyky. Freezes well with Stuffing. Add sauce after thawing at room temperature and cook immediately.
