How to make Ham and Cheese Crescent Sandwiches:
1.Heat oven to 350°F.
2.Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. press perforations to seal.
3.Place one ham slice and one cheese slice on each rectangle. fold dough in half over filling, press edges firmly to seal.
4.Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 oz.) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 teaspoons Strawberry preserves
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl whisk together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Open tube of crescents and slice into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece into the shape of a danish. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread 1/8 of the cream cheese mixture onto each danish. Repeat with strawberry preserves.
Bake at 350° F. for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
nonstick cooking spray
2 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2/3 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
pinch of kosher salt
2 tubes crescent dough
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and kosher salt. Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Press one sheet crescent dough into prepared baking dish, making sure to stretch to reach all edges of baking dish. If dough is perforated, pinch all perforations closed.
3. Spread cheesecake mixture in an even layer and top with another layer of crescent dough. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake until crescent is golden and cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Let cool and slice into squares. Serve.

Cream Cheese Crescent Squares Recipe
2 cans (8 oz) of refrigerated crescent roll dough.
2 packets cream cheese (8 oz), softened.
1 cup of sugar.
1/4 cup sugar for the topping.
1/2 cup of melted butter.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. //.
Grease a pan. Set it aside. //.
Unroll the dough. Press down a fitting piece at the bottom of the pan.
Mix: the softened cheese, 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread over the dough.
Unroll the second can.
Put the dough on top the cream cheese mixture inside the baking pan. Proceed just like the first layer.
Pour the melted butter or margarine on top.
Combine 1/4 cup of sugar with the cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of the dessert.
Bake for 25 -30 minutes or until nice and golden.

Ingredients
1/2 lb bulk hot pork sausage
1/2 cup spicy jalapeño cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dough sheet or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Steps
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain.
2. Unroll dough on work surface. Press into 12x9-inch rectangle. If using crescent roll dough, firmly press perforations to seal. With pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares.
3. Place about 1 rounded teaspoon sausage on center of each dough square. Top with about 1 teaspoon cream cheese. Bring 4 corners together to overlap slightly in center at top of each bundle. Twist and pinch to seal, leaving small gaps between seams. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
