Ingredients:
Beans 150 g
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt
Chilly powder 1 ts
Pepper powder ½ ts
Tangy sauce 1 ts
Egg 1 n
Bread crumb ½ cup
Cheese 1 tb
Chat masala 1 ts
Directions:
Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, chilly powder, pepper powder, tangy sauce, water, mix this and add egg, mix it like a thin batter, take bread crumb in the plate, in another plate add all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt mix all of them, take beans first coat the all purpose flour mixture then dip it into the egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in the hot oil in a medium flame till golden in colour.
Take parmesan cheese, chat masala mix it and sprinkle it on top of crispy fried green beans.
