How To make Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients

green or red peppers, tops removed, seeded
1
each
corn, 10 oz frozen package
1
pound
chuck, ground, browned, drained
1
each
tomato sauce, 8 oz can
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
1
cup
cheddar cheese, or swiss, shredded
1/2
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1/4
cup
onion, chopped
2
tablespoon
ketchup
Directions:
Wash peppers and drain well. Combine all remaining ingredients except ketchup in mixing bowl. Stir well. Stuff peppers 2/3 full. Pour 3 tablespoons water in crockpot. Arrange stuffed peppers in crockpot. Pour ketchup over top of peppers. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.

6 bell peppers
1 large onion
2-4 cloves garlic
1-2 Tbsp ají panca or any other chili paste (optional)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
1/2 cup coarsely chopped raisins
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 large yellow potatoes optional
2 raw eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup olive oil

pepper

Slow Cooker Beef and Rice Stuffed Peppers
SLOW COOKER BEEF AND RICE STUFFED PEPPERS
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
5 bell peppers, tops cut off and diced for filling
1.5 cups cooked rice (can be leftover rice)
1 (24-oz.) jar marinara sauce, divided
1 small white onion diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon (oregano works well too)
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
5-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the beef, cut up bell pepper tops, rice, 1 cup of the marinara sauce, onion, salt, garlic powder, thyme and tarragon to a medium sized bowl. Stir.
Stuff the peppers with the filling you just made. If there is any leftover filling add it to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add remaining marinara sauce to the slow cooker.
Add the stuffed peppers in the slow cooker. I try not to let them rest on the sides of the slow cooker, but most of the time they end up falling over later.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.

1 lb 80/20 Ground Chuck
1 1/2 Cups Salsa

HI Neighbours, I hope you are all doing well!! Today's video I put together some stuffed peppers with a taco flair and cooked them up in the slow cooker! they came out really good and the recipe and ingredients are below here.
This make 6-7 really good size stuffed peppers or if you don't want to make that many this recipe is easy to cut in half
also if you want to make the whole amount and have some left over filling do the suggestion in the video.
6-7 large sweet bell peppers of any colour
1 lb or 453 grams of ground beef
1 package of low sodium taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups of cooked Mexican style rice
1 small onion diced fine
tops of peppers diced
1 can of diced tomatoes ( I used the kind with green chilies in them 540 mls or 18 oz can)
pour the juices from the can into your crockpot
1 can or jar of marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce ( 680 mls or 23 oz)
2 cups of shredded cheese of choice ( I used mozzarella )
Cut tops off of your bell peppers and clean out the insides . I take out the white part and the seeds
In a large bowl mix together your beef, taco seasoning, half of your shredded cheese, your diced onion, half of your diced up top part of your peppers, your cooked rice and your diced tomatoes but strain juices from your can of diced tomatoes into your crock pot. Mix everything together well.
In your crock pot that you poured the juices of your can tomatoes add a bit of your can marinara to bottom of crock pot add the other half of your diced sweet bell peppers ( the tops)
Stuff your peppers with the mixture
place stuffed peppers in your crock pot
pour the rest of your marinara sauce around and on your peppers
rinse out the can of sauce with 1/4 cup of water and add to crockpot
top with the rest of your cheese pressing it on top of your peppers
Cover and bake on low for about 6 hours or more depending on how tender you like your peppers and the beef is cooked
high for about 4 hours
