How To make Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

green or red peppers, tops removed, seeded
1
each
corn, 10 oz frozen package
1
pound
chuck, ground, browned, drained
1
each
tomato sauce, 8 oz can
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
1
cup
cheddar cheese, or swiss, shredded
1/2
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1/4
cup
onion, chopped
2
tablespoon
ketchup

Directions:
Wash peppers and drain well. Combine all remaining ingredients except ketchup in mixing bowl. Stir well. Stuff peppers 2/3 full. Pour 3 tablespoons water in crockpot. Arrange stuffed peppers in crockpot. Pour ketchup over top of peppers. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.
