Whole Grain Millet Bread Recipe | Gluten free Bread
Millet bread is a great alternative to your regular white bread. This video shows how to make gluten-free, yeast-free, egg-free, flourless millet bread. I have used whole millet to make this bread. Barnyard millet, foxtail millet, kodo millet, and little millet can be used to make this bread. I have tried this bread recipe with barnyard, foxtail, and kodo millet and it was the same results for all mentioned millets. Millets are highly nutritious and you should include them in your daily diet as per the season and availability in your local area.
Ingredients:
1 cup barnyard millet
1/2 cup milk (any)
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup flaxseeds
2 tbsp psyllium husk
3/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey (optional)
3/4 tsp baking soda
