How To make Easy Beef Roll Ups
2 lb Beef Round Steak *
1 1/2 lb Lean Beef Bacon
2 t Cooking Oil
1 ea Env. Onion Soup Mix 1 1/4 oz
2 c Water
2 t Cornstarch
1/2 c Water
1 x Parlsey
3 ea Cherry Tomatoes
* Round Steak should be cut 1/2-inch thick. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trim separable fat from steak nd remove bone. Pound with meat mallet or saucer; slice into strips 1 inch wide and 4 inches long. trim any excess fat from bacon. Place bacon slices on steak strips and roll up, securing with small wooden picks. Brown roll-ups slowly in hot oil in large frying-pan. Remove roll-ups to pressure pan. Add soup-mix and 2 cups of water to frying-pan and simmer 3 minutes, scraping particles from pan. Pour liquid over roll-ups. Cook at 10 lbs pressure 10 minutes. Remove roll-ups to warm serving dish. Combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup water, mixing until smooth. Add to liquid in pressure pan and simmer, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Pour gravy over roll-ups; garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.

What a recipe today! I'll show you how I cook beef roll ups with delicious provolone (or scamorza) cheese in the middle...
Once you bake them in the oven, you know what's going to happen to all that cheese inside... What a melt-up!

Beef roll ups - RECIPE
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (3 people):
- 12 beef schnitzels THINLY sliced
- 200gr provolone cheese
- 40gr breadcrumbs (or what's needed)
- 40gr Parmigiano Reggiano grated (or what's needed)
- salt and pepper
- extra-virgin olive oil
Procedure:
1. Marinate the beef schnitzel in abundant olive oil;
2. Mix the breadcrumbs and the grated Parmigiano cheese;
3. Dip the schnitzel in the mix and add some provolone cheese, cut in small cubes;
4. Roll up the beef slice and put in an oven tray;
5. Add a bit of olive oil on top of each beef rollup;
6. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200C;
7. Serve and ENJOY!
ITALIAN FOOD BOSS SPECIAL TIP: Those beef schnitzel must be as thin as possible, ideally thinner than what I use in this video!

Easy Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe | How To Make Lasagna With Beef & Cheese
Lasagna Rolls Recipe
Boil about 6 - 10 Lasagna Noodles for 8-10 minutes
I use water, a little olive oil, & salt.
Filling
1 1/2c ricotta cheese
3/4c grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1c chopped spinach
Meat Sauce
1c diced yellow or white onion
2 TBSP minced Garlic
2 lb Lean Ground beef
2 32oz jars of marinara (I use Rao’s)
1 - 2 Tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp crush red pepper
2 Tsp Onion power
2 Tsp Garlic powder
Parsley & Crush red pepper to top
Bake for 40 - 45 min on 350f
