How To make Egg Salad and Green Bean Sandwiches
16 green beans -- trimmed
6 hard-cooked large eggs
chilled
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion :
such as vidalia
-- walla walla or maui 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard
8 slices multigrain bread
In a small saucepan of boiling salted water cook beans until just tender, about 3 minutes. Drain beans and plunge into a bowl of ice and cold water to
stop c ooking. Remove beans from water and pat dry with paper towels.
Chop eggs and in a bowl stir together with celery, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread egg salad on 4 bread slices and top each sandwich with 4 beans and remaining bread slices.
Makes 4 sandwiches

In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, mayonnaise, ground mustard, scallions, celery, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Ingredients of 4 portions
Siliculose green beans - 400 g
Egg - 4 pieces
Garlic - 2 cloves
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise - to taste
1 hour
1. Boil hard boiled eggs and fill in with cold water.
2. Clear and cut green beans. You will boil water, salt to taste. Add haricot and boil (5–10 minutes). Rinse ready haricot in a
colander under a stream cold water.
3. Warm in a frying pan 1 tablespoon of butter on average fire. Add the green also fry haricot with butter within 5 minutes,
stirring slowly.
4. Shift fried haricot in a salad bowl. Squeeze out from above garlic.
5. Peel eggs. Cut them in a salad bowl with haricot.
6. Add some salt to taste. Dress with mayonnaise and mix.

INGREDIENTS:
For The salad
700g runner beans or any green bean of your choosing
3 large eggs
2 (20g total weight) poppadoms
5 spring onions
50g (net weight) 30g (drained) tin anchovies in olive oil
For The Dressing
Juice of 1 lemon
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle later
2 tablespoons garlic oil
2 teaspoons english mustard
all the oil from the anchovy tin
a good grinding of black pepper
Serves 6-8

6 eggs in enough cold water to cover them. Boil 10 minutes. Empty out hot water and add cold water to the pan. After about 2 minutes, empty that water and add cold water again. Let them sit about 10 minutes in the cold water. Crack as per my directions in the video. Mash the eggs up. Add between 1/3 and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise (a little at a time) and mix.
Add 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. or so of ground mustard and pepper to taste. Mix into the eggs. Add sliced olives, about 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup and if you're using green olives, put about 2 tblsp. of the olive juice in. Mix all together and enjoy! Keep in the refrigerator till gone.
