How To make Elegant Crabmeat Balls
2 cn Crabmeat (6-7 oz cans)
1 c Bread crumbs (fresh)
3 T Sherry cooking wine
1 T Lemon juice
1 T Onion (grated)
1 t Dry Mustard
1/2 t Salt
1 x Pepper
1 pk Bacon (cut into halves)
1 x Parsley
Drain and flake crabmeat; combine remaining ingredients except bacon. Mix well. Shape into walnut sized balls. Wrap in bacon half; secure with toothpicks. Broil under medium heat until bacon is crisp, approximately 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Garnish with parsely ans lemon.
Makes appromately 2 dozen.

2 tbsp Dijon or Creole Mustard
2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Green Onions

1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Canola oil for frying
Cajun Remoulade Sauce:
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon or Creole Mustard
1 clove Garlic , minced
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Creole Kick
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Hot Sauce
1 – 2 tsp minced fresh Parsley
Pinch Cayenne Pepper

FRIED SHRIMP, CRAB BALLS AND LOADED POTATOES STORYTIME 18:10 먹방 MUKBANG + RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
SHRIMP:
1 pound colossal shrimp
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
garlic powder to taste
1.5 cups butter milk
2 eggs
50 crushed butter crackers
1 cup all purpose flour
cooking oil for deep frying
CRAB BALLS:
1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
1 tbs yellow mustard (or dijion)
1/3 cup may (if to dry add extra to add up to 1/2 cup)
16-18 crushed butter crackers
juice from 1/2 lemon (small/med)
cooking oil for deep frying
LOADED POTATOES:
4 small red potatoes
2 tbs butter
shredded cheese
cooked bacon chopped
green onion
salt and pepper to taste
top with sour cream
TARTAR SAUCE:
1.5 cups mayo
1/2 cup sour cream (optional can substitute with 1/2 cup mayo)
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup pickled relish
juice from 1/2 lemon (small/med)
*Fry 375 F

1 lb crab meat
3 hard boiled eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you have)
8 oz softened cream cheese (I used philadelphia cream cheese)
3 cloves garlic
salt to taste

Betty's Appetizer Salmon Ball
Betty demonstrates how to make an Appetizer Salmon Ball. This is a simple and elegant appetizer made from canned salmon and cream cheese.
Appetizer Salmon Ball
1 can (about 16 ounces) pink salmon, drained, with skin and bones removed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup minced parsley
¼ cup finely-chopped pecans
Use 2 forks to flake the salmon in a medium-sized bowl. Add cream cheese and mash with a fork until well blended. Add onion and lemon juice. Mix well. Shape into a ball, enclose in plastic wrap, and chill until firm. Sprinkle parsley and pecans on waxed paper. Mix well. Roll salmon ball in parsley/pecan mixture until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Place salmon ball in center of platter and surround with assorted crackers. Serve and enjoy! --Betty
