How To make Emeril's Funky Fried Steak
4 (4-ounce) beef cutlets
Southwest seasoning mix 1 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs,
slightly beaten
Vegetable oil for frying 2 cup roasted garlic mashed potatoes, :
hot
1/2 cup Emeril's Worcestershire sauce
1 cup white gravy for the steaks
Garnish: 1 tablespoon chopped chives, brunoise peppers
In a cast-iron skillet, preheat the oil. Heavily season each side of the cutlets with the Southwest seasoning, Season the flour with the Southwest seasoning. Dredge the cutlets in the flour. Dip each cutlet in the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off. Dredge the cutlets back into the flour, coating each side completely. Place the cutlets in the hot oil. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the oil and drain on paper-lined plate. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Mound the potatoes in the center of the plate. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce around the potatoes. Lay the steaks on top of the potatoes. Spoon the gravy over the steak. Garnish chives and brunoise peppers.

Fried Pickles, Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 XL Recipe. How to air fry pickles in an air fryer. The Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 XL is used. You can do the same yourself in your air fryer or air fryer toaster oven. Fried pickles are great as an appetizer, side dish or snack. If you enjoy fried pickles, you can do it yourself, and make them any way you like. The full recipe and all steps are shown in this fried pickles recipe video. You don’t have to go out for fried pickles. Make some fried pickles in your air fryer today.
Full Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Dill Pickles
2 Large Eggs
1 Ounce Water
1 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cups Yellow Corn Meal
1 Tbs. Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tbs. Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl as a buttermilk egg wash.
2. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl as breading.
3. Use a mandoline slicer, to cut the pickles into smaller pieces.
4. Cover the pickle slices in breading.
5. Then dip them in the egg wash.
6. Then cover them with breading and place them on the air fryer basket.
7. Turn the selection dial to AIRFRY.
8. Turn the Temperature Dial to 425° F.
9. Turn the Time Dial to 10 minutes.
10. Press the START button.
11. The Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 XL will begin to pre-heat.
12. Spray cooking spray over the exterior of all the pickles.
13. Once pre-heating is complete, press the Start/Pause Button. Then turn the Time Dial back to a full 10 minutes you originally selected.
14. Place the Crisper Tray on the highest rack level, Level 1. (No need to have any baking pan underneath, there are not many drippings.)
15. Close the Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 XL and press the Start/Pause Button. This will start the cook.
16. After 5 minutes, spin the Crisper Tray, since the back of the cooker may cook hotter than the front.
17. Allow the cook time to complete.
18. Enjoy!

T-Bone Steak, Emeril Lagasse Pressure Air Fryer Recipe. Have a look at how to cook a T-Bone Steak in a pressure air fryer. The Emeril Lagasse Pressure Air Fryer is used. You can use the Pressure Air Fryer of your choice. You can cook a fresh T-Bone Steak in a pressure air fryer. The pressure cooker makes the meat very tender. And the air fryer lid adds some searing to the meat. So, you have a very tender and seared T-Bone Steak. This Emeril Lagasse Pressure Air Fryer Recipe is easy to follow and every step of the recipe is demonstrated.
Full Recipe:
Ingredients:
Steak, 1 pound or more
1 cup beef broth
Oil of choice
Steak seasoning of choice
Instructions:
1. Cover the steak in oil and steak seasoning.
2. Place the wire rack in the pot.
3. Add beef broth.
4. Place the pressure cook lid onto the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
5. Lock the lid so it is sealed.
6. Press the Pressure button and turn the dial to Beef.
7. Press the dial in and turn the knob to Low.
(This is high pressure for 15 minutes.)
8. Press the dial in to start the cook.
(It may take about 10 minutes to fully pressurize.)
9. When the cooking time completes, perform a quick release. Press the pressure release slider, to release the pressure. Use caution when releasing pressure.
10. Remove the steak from the pot and place it into a pan.
11. Using pot holders empty out the fluids in the pot. Rinse and dry the pot with paper towels.
(You may save the fluid for other dishes that need a broth.)
12. Place the pot back into the Emeril Pressure Air Fryer.
13. Insert the wire rack.
14. Place the steak onto the wire rack.
15. Put on the air fry lid.
16. Press the Air Fry button and turn the dial to Beef.
17. Press the Time button and turn the dial to 4 minutes.
18. Press the dial in to start the cook.
19. Allow the cook time and fan cool down to complete. So this will be 6 minutes total.
20. Enjoy!
