An EASY Fried Rice Recipe You Will Love!

Ingredients
1 Bunch Green Onions
3 Large Eggs
4 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Frozen Vegetables
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
2 cups White Rice
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets 250g
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 3/4 Cup
-Sugar ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Chawal (Rice) basmati ½ kg (soaked & boiled with salt)
-Knorr chicken powder 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
Directions:
-Cut chicken fillet into thin strips & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil and eggs,mix well and cook until crumbled & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add carrot,capsicum and mix well for a minute.
-Add cabbage and mix well.
-Add sugar,salt and mix well.
-Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
-Add chicken powder and mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
-Now add eggs,green onion leaves and mix.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Karhai mein cooking oil aur anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur crumbled hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Gajar aur shimla mirch dal ker ek minute kliya mix karein.
-Bund gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Boiled chawal dal ker mix ker lein.

-Ab anday aur hara pyaz dal ker mix karein.

LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN EASY CHINESE FRIED RICE RECIPE AT HOME!
LAY HO MA!! This is definitely one of my favourites and one of the recipes I go to almost every week. The beauty is that Chow Fan literally translates to stir fried rice, so what you decide to put in it is up to your imagination - especially when you have random veggies left in your fridge by the end of the week! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a delicious Chinese fried rice recipe right at home. Let's begin
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chickpeas
2 pieces garlic
1/2 red onion
1 stick green onion
1/4 cup carrot (diced)
1/2 cup broccolini (chopped)
2 large cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp chili oil (
1/4 cup corn
1 1/2 cups overnight rice
2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
1. Use a fork to roughly crush the chickpeas
2. Roughly chop the garlic, dice the red onion, chop the green onion, dice some carrot, chop the broccolini, and slice the mushrooms
3. Heat up a non stick pan to medium heat. Add the chili oil
4. Add the garlic, red onions, green onions, and chickpeas. Sauté for about a minute
5. Add the carrot, broccolini, and mushroom. Sauté for another minute
6. Add the corn and rice followed by the soy sauce
7. Sauté for another few minutes and you're done!

FAST Coconut Curry Fried Rice Recipe!
LEARN HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS VEGAN COCONUT CURRY FRIED RICE RECIPE RIGHT AT HOME!
LAY HO MA!! Two things I absolutely love come together - coconut and curry (well...and fried rice!). There is so much flavour and lovely textures in this easy recipe, you'll want to make it all the time! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a vegan coconut curry fried rice recipe. Let's begin.
Servings - 1-2
Ingredients:
3 pieces garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 red bell pepper
70g broccolini
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp chili oil (
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/4 roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cups leftover rice
1 tbsp curry powder*
2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
1. Roughly chop the garlic, dice the red onion and bell pepper, and chop the broccolini
2. Heat up a non stick pan to medium heat. Toast the shredded coconut for 1-2min, then set aside
3. Wipe out the pan with a paper towel and place it back onto medium heat
4. Add in the chili oil followed by the red onions and garlic. Sauté for 2min
5. Add in the chickpeas, broccolini, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3min
6. Add in the peanuts, rice, curry powder, and soy sauce
7. Sauté for another 2-3min. Then, add in 2/3 of the toasted coconut and save the rest for garnish
8. Give the rice a stir around and plate. Garnish with the remaining toasted coconut and serve
*I purchase a curry powder that is pre-blended with turmeric, coriander, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, fenugreek, cayenne, mustard, cardamon
