Easy Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients:
►1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
►1/2 tsp salt
►1/4 tsp black pepper
►3 Tbsp extra light Olive oil, or high heat cooking oil to sautee
►4 large eggs, beaten with a fork
►5 cups cooked, cooled rice*
►2 Tbsp soy sauce, or added to taste
►1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
►12 oz frozen peas and carrots, thawed
►1/4 cup green onion, chopped

LAY HO MA! There's not much more comforting than a bowl of warm, delicious, fluffy rice. This recipe is incredibly flavourful and simple to make. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook a delightful bowl of garlic turmeric rice. Let's begin
Ingredients:
6-7 pieces of garlic
1/2 onion
80g broccolini
1/4 red bell pepper
3 tbsp avocado oil
pinch crushed pepper flakes
1/4 cup corn
1 1/2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
1 tsp turmeric
pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Finely chop the garlic, onion, broccolini, and red bell pepper
2. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium low heat. Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil
3. Cook the garlic and onions for 6-7min. Add the crushed pepper flakes
4. Set the garlic and onions aside. Heat the pan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil
5. Sauté the broccolini and red bell pepper for a couple of minutes. Add the corn, basmati rice, turmeric, salt, and the cooked garlic and onions. Sauté for 2-3min
6. Plate and sprinkle with some more crushed pepper flakes

My Chicken Fried Rice is a recipe I have been making for years, Its a quick recipe for takeaway-style Chinese chicken fried rice with loads of flavour. I've included lots of swaps so you can use up whatever you've got in your pantry.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper deseeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
2/3 cup (115g) frozen peas
2 cups (250g) cooked shredded/sliced chicken
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
4 cups (800g) boiled and cooled long grain rice (this is about 1 1/3 cups (300g) dried rice that has been boiled in water)
2 eggs
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
juice of 1/2 a lemon
To Serve:
1/2 bunch of spring onions/scallions chopped
